POLIAC Season 13th - Day 1 Results & Day 4 Schedule

The long-awaited 13th season of #POLIAC is slowly getting underway. The first day's results are very promising, as it usually happens. Even results above 20 and 30 thousand steps do not guarantee victory, especially when you have a titled competitor as your rival. On the other hand, it happens that less than 10,000 steps are enough to win. It depends on the rival and his current form; sometimes, the weather deals the cards.

[POL] Długo wyczekiwany trzynasty sezon #POLIAC powoli się rozkręca. Wyniki pierwszego dnia są bardzo obiecujące, jak to zwykle bywa nawet wyniki powyżej 20 i 30 tysięcy kroków nie gwarantują wygranej, szczególnie kiedy za rywala ma się utytułowanego zawodnika. Z drugiej strony zdarza się, że mniej niż 10 tysięcy kroków wystarczy do zwycięstwa. Wszystko zależy do rywala i jego aktualnej formy, czasami pogoda rozdaje karty.

The hit of the first round was the @bucipuci - @danmaruschak match. I was worried about the form of the American; last season, he did not finish due to injury. This is @danmaruschak's fifth season in GL. He usually showed very good form, but in the end, lacked luck in the fight for the podium. His rival is the most successful POLIAC rider, @bucipuci has been competing since his first season and has three championship titles and 3-second and 2 third places. His Achilles heel is the weekends :) The first round was played on a Thursday, so @danmaruschak had little chance of winning, but he showed fighting spirit by achieving the best result among the losers. A successful debut in the GL was recorded by @trezzahn, taking the opportunity to take revenge for the loss of the previous season, this time the Canadian proved to be better than @pinkhub. Last season's runner-up, @mervinthepogi easily handled @browery. The first points were recorded on their account by @sk1920 and @merthin.

[POL] Hitem pierwszej rundy był mecz @bucipuci - @danmaruschak. Obawiałem się o formę Amerykanina, ostatniego sezonu nie dokończył z powodu kontuzji. To już piąty sezon @danmaruschak w GL, zwykle prezentował bardzo dobrą formę, ale na koniec brakowało szczęścia w walce o podium. Jego rywalem jest najbardziej utytułowany zawodnik POLIAC, @bucipuci bierze udział w rywalizacji od pierwszego sezonu, ma na swoim koncie 3 tytuły mistrzowskie, 3 drugie miejsca i 2 trzecie miejsca. Jego piętą achillesową są weekendy :) No, ale pierwsza runda rozgrywana była w czwartek, więc @danmaruschak miał niewielkie szanse na wygraną, pokazał jednak ducha walki osiągając najlepszy wynik pośród przegranych. Udany debiut w GL odnotował @trezzahn, przy okazji wziął rewanż za przegraną z poprzedniego sezonu, tym razem Kanadyjczyk okazał się lepszy od @pinkhub. Wicemistrz poprzedniego sezonu @mervinthepogi bez problemu poradził sobie z @browery. Pierwsze punkty zapisali na swoich koncie @sk1920 i @merthin.

The results in SL look promising. The Silver League is governed by its own rules, the participants primarily enjoy the competition, the fight for promotion is in the background. Previous experience shows that not everyone is interested in advancing to GL. @alex2alex achieved the best result, does this mean he is aiming for a place on the podium. Competition stimulates activity, at least that's what @ptaku and @anna-newkey think. There is something in that, as they have been improving their results since day one. A good start was scored by @chichi18, a good result and a win against @pjansen put her among the favourites. The SL old-timers started very conservatively, aiming for the middle of the table, unless I am mistaken.

[POL] Wyniki w SL wyglądają obiecująco. Silver League rządzi się swoimi prawami, uczestnicy przede wszystkim cieszą się rywalizacją, na drugim planie jest walka o awans. Wcześniejsze doświadczenie pokazuje, że nie każdy zainteresowany jest awansem do GL. Najlepszy wynik osiągnął @alex2alex, czy to oznacza, że celuje w miejsce na podium. Rywalizacja pobudza aktywność, tak bynajmniej uważają @ptaku i @anna-newkey. Coś w tym jest, bo od pierwszego dnia poprawiają swoje wyniki. Dobry start zaliczyła @chichi18, dobry wynik i wygrana z @pjansen stawiają ją w gronie faworytów. Starzy wyjadacze SL rozpoczęli bardzo zachowawczo celując w środek tabeli, chyba, że się mylę.
