The vegetables I plant in the home garden and food for family, cooked by my wife with the chemical free vegetables I plant in my home garden part 83.

20231210_143720_024009.jpg

Hello everyone. Today me and ny wife are not going anywhere. At first we planned to go to the Sunday market. But we didn't go to the Sunday market. Because my son (autistic) was irritated and hurt himself early in the morning. Today I have free time. So I killed time this morning with the vegetables I planted. I walked around the longan orchard, which is about 600 meters from my house first. I went to the longan orchard to see if there was any space to plant vegetables. Although the family's longan orchard has a wide area. But now the longan trees are so tall and big that there is not much space for growing vegetables. So I planted more vegetables in the home garden. Late last month and early of this month, I planted many vegetables in the home garden. Now some vegetables are beginning to grow and others are bearing fruit.

It's time to show off the vegetables I've plant in the home garden. At the early month I planted lettuce, chinese flowering cabbage, water convolvulus and kale. Now these vegetables have grown into seedlings. I think in about 2 - 3 days, I will put vermicompost to these vegetables.

The small tomato plant, I planted it in a styrofoam box to grow seedlings. When it grows bigger I will move it into the soil. Now there are 3 small tomato plants.

The eight yardlong bean seedlings. I planted them in plastic pots at early month. The reason I grow yardlong beans in plastic pots is because I used to grow them in the ground. But snails like to eat yardlong bean seedlings.

The cucumbers, zucchini and chinese bitter gourd that I planted late last month. Them bear fruit for the first time.

Additionally, there are chili spur peppers and eggplants that I planted at the early last month. My wife harvested them for the first time early this month. And now them is bearing new fruit again.

These are some of the vegetables I recently planted in the home garden. There are still many vegetables that I have grown in the garden over the years. But it can be harvested continuously. I used to share them when my wife harvested these vegetables to cook.

When telling about the vegetables his wife harvested to cook. Finally, I’ll go on to share about the food my wife cooks for the family. By she uses some of the ingredients from the vegetables I grow in the home garden.

The food my wife cooked today. The first menu is green curry with chicken. She cooked this menu again. Because there are so many green brinjals that I grow in the garden. And she had to hurry and harvest the green brinjals before it rotted. In addition to the green brinjal she harvested from the home garden to cook in green curry with chicken, there were also basil, kaffir lime leaves and yardlong beans.

It looks like the food menu you made is quite delicious and the vegetables you picked are still very fresh and cooked straight away. It's really extraordinary.
