I was reading a post, here at Hive about The importance of members in building a better community!. And it reminded me of my trajectory here at Hive and how not being part of a community was so damaging to me.

I met Hive through @splinterlands in August 2021, back then there was an absurd hype on any GameFi built on the blockchain. And then I learned that with the Spellbook (account where all Splinterlands assets are stored) would have access to Hive, where the content produced is monetized.

Well, I remember I made my first post about Splinterlands using the front-end platform splintertalk.io and to my surprise I got no likes, no comments and consequently no votes. 🤡

However, I didn't stop there and continued to make posts, but again without success with little or no interaction on the posts. This left me quite discouraged at the time, so I stopped posting content. Only after almost a year I came back and made a post, where @michupa made a comment praising my post and inviting to participate in the Brazilian community @hivebr.

In HiveBR found friends who are always willing to help and offer valuable information, which are scattered in Hive and that alone would not be able to discover. My thanks to all who make up this community, without you I would not have come this far.

Meeting HiveBR was the best thing that happened to me in Hive, because with them I learned a lot about this wonderful ecosystem. For, although there is a lot of information in Hive it is scattered and for beginners is very difficult to know how things work. Until today I have difficulty about many things, but the HiveBR community has helped me in every way.

And if you are reading this and are not yet part of a community I strongly suggest that you look for and join the communities of your interest or country, here at Hive there are many of them!

[PT] O Poder de uma Comunidade

Eu estava lendo um post, aqui na Hive sobre A importância dos membros na construção de uma comunidade melhor!. E isso me fez lembrar a minha trajetória aqui na Hive e como não fazer parte de uma comunidade foi tão malefico para mim.

Eu conheci a Hive através de @splinterlands, em agosto de 2021, naquela época havia uma hype absurdo em qualquer GameFi construido na blockchain. E depois soube que com o Spellbook (conta onde fica armazenado todos os ativos de Splinterlands) teria acesso a Hive, onde os conteúdo produzidos são monetizados.

Pois bem, lembro que fiz meu primeiro post sobre Splinterlands usando a plataforma de front-end splintertalk.io e para minha surpresa não ganhei nenhum like, nenhum comentário e consequentemente nenhum voto. 🤡

Porém, não parei por ai e continuei a fazer posts, mas novamente sem sucesso com pouca ou nenhuma interação nas postagem. Isso me deixou bastante desanimado na época, então parei de postar conteúdo. Somente após quase um ano voltei e fiz um post, onde @michupa fez um comentário elogiando meu post e convindando a participar da comunidade brasileira @hivebr.

Na HiveBR encontrei amigos que sempre estão dispostos a ajudar e oferecer informações preciosas, que estão espalhadas na Hive e que sozinho não seria capaz de descobrir. Meus agradecimentos a todos que compõem essa comunidade, sem vocês não teria chegado até aqui!

Conhecer a HiveBR foi a melhor coisa que mim aconteceu na Hive, pois com eles aprendi muito sobre esse maravilhoso ecossistema. Pois, apesar de existir muita informação na Hive ela esta espalhada e para novatos é muito dificil saber como funcionam as coisas. Até hoje tenho dificuldade sobre muitas coisas, mas a comunidade da HiveBR tem mim ajudado de todas as formas.

E caso você que esteja lendo e ainda não faça parte de uma comunidade eu surgiro fortemente que procure e se junte as comunidades de seu interesse ou país, aqui na Hive existem muitas delas!
