ReviewHunt Launch Event: Hunt Token Airdrop + 210 Steem Reward

Launching a new product can be exhilarating and nerve-wracking, but at the same time, it is complicated and expensive. The biggest challenge the makers face is to create a launching buzz and to get communities talking about their product and for this, they largely rely on social media to endorse their products.

What is ReviewHunt ?

ReviewHunt is a way to build buzz on social media for the new products through 20,000+ hunters who have been digging out and sharing products on SteemHunt since last year (2018).  It is a launching hub for product makers that would enable them to come in contact with hunters/ influencers to talk about their products through their different social media channels such as youtube, twitter, steemit, twitch, medium, reddit, instagram...

Through ReviewHunt, makers would offer newly-launched products and discounts to hunters in return for quality review.

Over the past few weeks, 101 companies from various areas, with an estimated monthly marketing budget of $708,125 (at the time of writing) have already signed up to ReviewHunt.

How does ReviewHunt work?

Reviewhunt enables tech makers to run review campaigns for their new products with unique quests and mission bounties so that they can easily build a strong early user base and community exposure.

For example, some game apps may have a few designated stages that the game maker wants users to experience so they can better understand the game. With Reviewhunt, they can set these up as serial quests that lead users can embark on the journey. If hunters enjoyed the game, they can go on further mission bounties such as leaving App Store reviews and creating review content via their own social channels.

During the first phase, Reviewhunt will focus on apps, games, and software and then will expand to gadgets, hardware and unique products.

Briefly about HUNT tokens

Hunt are ERC-20 utility tokens and the currency of the SteemHunt / ReviewHunt platforms. You can earn Hunt tokens by variety of activities on SteemHunt, such as upvoting products or sharing them on your social media channels. You can also earn Hunt by delegating your Steem Power to SteemHunt.

Hunt token has recently been listed on Daybit Exchangewhere it is traded vs. BTC.

Contest Quests and Rewards

Quest 1 - Reward 10 Hunt tokens

Pre-signup on ReviewHunt (as hunter OR as maker) by following this link

Quest 2 - Reward 10 Hunt tokens

Join Discord group and say Hi in #coffee-lounge. Discord server link

Quest 3 - Reward (maximum) 20 Hunt tokens

Tag your friends on this contest post - 2 HUNT per friend -  (max 20 HUNT)

Please note that we will verify that the friends you have tagged are real. This is to prevent abuse.

Buzz Quest - Reward - Steem + Hunt tokens

Write in your own words about ReviewHunt, its vision and mission and what type of benefits it would offer for the users, and who will benefit from ReviewHunt.

You can use one of the following channels to write:

  • Steemit
  • Medium
  • Twitch
  • Instagram
  • Twitter
  • Reddit
  • or make a video and upload it on YouTube.

Reward: 50 Hunt tokens to all the participants + the following Steem prize to top 10 winners:

  • 1st place - 35 Steem
  • 2nd place - 30 Steem
  • 3rd place - 25 Steem
  • 4th, 5th, 6th place - 20 Steem each
  • 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th place - 15 Steem each

Please note that the post will be considered for a reward only if it is well-written and well-formatted, written in own words. If plagiarism or abuse is detected, the post will be disqualified.

Also note:

  • HUNT rewards will be transferred via ONLY your Steemhunt Wallet (If you don't have Steemhunt wallet, you won't be able to receive HUNT tokens. Check out Steemhunt and log in or signup here if you don't have - https://steemhunt.com
  • All quests must be done by orders: Quest 1 -> Quest 2 -> Quest 3 -> Buzz Quest You are NOT able to participate only quest 2 or 3 without participating the quest 1 (same as buzz quest too).
  • Please follow the rules to show your QUEST PROOF that is addressed at the bottom of this post. You won't be able to get any rewards if you don't follow the form!
  • If you are not on Steemit/SteemHunt, please provide your Steemit/ SteemHunt username to receive the reward (after registering your account).

How to enter ?

Create a separate post on one of the above mentioned channels. The post should start as follows: "This is my entry for the sponsored contest organized by @monajam. You can find the contest here". Link to this contest must be provided in your post (or in the description of your YouTube video).

Title of your post should include ReviewHunt.

Quest Proofs: Please provide the quest proofs and the URL of your post using the following format in the comment section below:

  • Quest 1 : Provide the email address that you used to pre-register on ReviewHunt, e.g., [email protected] (It's fine if you hide some characters of your email address)
  • Quest 2 : Screenshot of your discord chat
  • Quest 3: Your friends' Steemit IDs , e.g., @project7, @mtimetraveler, @tabris Check this cool contest and grab some HUNT tokens!!
  • Buzz Quest : URL of your post

Twitter has a short allowable characters to make posts. I think twitter rules should be different. We can make several tweets which can be equivalent to a post on other platform... I don't know

I have some doubts/issues about giving my email address here in public.
Millions of people can read it and (ab)use it and I am not fond of being spammed nor like to be forced to give up on it if this is the case. I already had to do this once.

I received an answer from admin.hunt.town, which says underneath:
You received this email because you registered on Reviewhunt platform. Please contact us if it was not you who registered.

I assume that should do too.

I said 'hi' at 2 different places on the Discord group (the right name you should use in your article is #coffee-lounge), I assume that can be found back too. Time: 8:43, no one answered so I guess they are all on a coffee break.

I wonder how a tweet or post on Instagram, etc can be well written.
These social media work in a complete different way as steemit or any other blogging site.
To reach as many people as possible with a tweet you use as many tags as possible too.

I wonder why you call this a contest.
It clearly is not. You commit to something and if you join there is an expectation to do something.

The question is what exactly (promoting/selling reviewing) in change for...

Might be @bxlphabeth, @lanzjoseg or @chris-the-batman are interested to puzzle this out and join. I believe @hashzone91 already does 🤔. @skramatters what do you think about this? Are you a review hunter yet?

Many of you join Steem because you do not have to share all your private info like Facebook is asking for. Do not give it away for some tokens you can only (never?) use with an extra wallet/not via steem-engine.
