The Busy Bees
Good day everyone! Another busy February week. It was quite the doozy. @clairemobey and @jasperdick had their live performance at the Cottage Club in Fishoek last night.
During the week there were plenty of obstacles in our way, chiefly - the new car's 3 year old (possibly refurbished) battery had conked-out and we needed to buy a new battery. R1460($80) I did not have available in the budget! Luckily we had Hive monies!
Now it is 8:45AM as I start this... but it takes time to compile. Does anyone know how to collect these stats in a more automatic way?
Anyway. South Africa has power problems. So we have a scheduled load shedding at 10am. I will try carry on with battery power at that stage and mobile phone hosting a hotspot.
If I do not make it, then I have to come back at 12 to carroy on, or I will have to try finish in the evening.

The Basic Rules of Activity
Activity means posting and commenting within a 30-day time. If you go silent, you are moved to the inactive list.
Posting weekly is recommended.
Supporting one another with votes and engagement is encouraged. There is zero enforcement, we just recommend it. If you want people on Hive who will speak and interact with you - just look at the people in this list!
I shall try to do some post highlights, and I do this in reverse order of HP so we can incubate our new(and often young) users on Hive.

The group advances +687HP! Orcas -830HP, Dolphins +665HP, Minnows +795HP, and Redfish +58HP. If we discount the powerdown, we made around 1966HP in one week which is a gain of R14,980 in value, at the current HIVE Prices! Wow!
The 59 together were 62.58% of a whale and now equal 62.67% of a whale.
The 2 Orca Accounts was equal to 28.53% of a Whale and are now are equal to 28.36% of a Whale Account.
The 12 Dolphin Accounts were equal to 2.17 Orca Accounts and are now equal to 2.18 Orca Accounts!
The 25 Minnow Accounts was equal to 11.53 Dolphin Accounts and are now equal to 11.67 Dolphin Accounts!
The 19 Redfish Accounts was equal to 7.46 Minnow Accounts and are now equal to 7.57 Minnow Accounts!

Not my finest week, but luckily this upcoming week looks much much better! I think for everyone there will be ups and downs but it's good to stay consistent through it all!
Still a decent chunk, but I actually managed to gain ground on you there.
But yes, there will be ups and downs and although I do not fully expect to ever really catch up to you, it goes to show that if you do slow down, there will be someone who keeps going and they shall catch up with you eventually!

Yes, this coming week is looking like one of those - with some nice HP off to beneficiaries as well!
I have a goal of averaging 100HP a week until I reach dolphin level. Then I might have a little foot off the gas and re-evaluate the strategy! @clairemobey and I need to focus on some music plans in our life, so hopefully there will be posts about recording, and other types of posts where we are focusing on MobeyDick goals!

You're welcome! I think that it is great to help push from the bottom! We want to push you Redfish up and out into the Minnow catagory! You need that 559HP as soon as possible! Push as hard as you can to get it!

What exactly do you need, the HP from the last week or from 7 days ago? Give me your formula and I'll try to come up with something.
Hehehe, I was looking at some of your stuff on Discord, wondering if it was that sort of wizardry that could do this.
So I need to take the HP from the last report, the current HP and get the difference.
Same with comments. Previous week's total, this week's total and difference.
I also collect how many additional post they have this week, which really just is posts pending payout.
Anything that can help me obtain these numbers a bit faster would be helpful!
