Bikers, Phones, Quarelling dogs, Cakes and More

Hello Dear Hivers, how are you all? I pray that God is with you always.

Here is one f the busiest day of my life. That happened last November, just before four birthdays in that family happened, Mine, Czak's, Sandra's, and Inday's.

The family has scheduled to celebrate the birthday celebrations in the swimming pool. It was supposed to be just a family celebration but they invited friends.

My husband volunteered to make the cake, My sister has an oven he wanted Indang to make it. It's homemade and so it's very delicious. We collected money from them, of course, it was not for free because I thought Indang would be the one to make it all but Indang only taught me how to do it once and I made the rest.

On the day before the celebration, We wake up early and make additional cakes. I was very excited to taste the cake that I made the night before so I needed to make more. lols.
While waiting for me, Palaling found a play place, the oven's cardboard box. She stayed there and played until she got bored and I called her to eat breakfast.

As usual, My husband brought me to work with his motorcycle after we brought the kids to Nanay's. And that day had very fine weather.

We had lots of time to spare and so my husband had the pleasure to take photos of these bikers that are ready for the caravan, I think. It took him so long to return and so I nagged him about it. I'm going to get late.

My husband delivered some of his scraps to the city and I told him I'll hitch a ride at noon because Indang wanted me to buy parchment paper for the cakes that she will be making later.

While traveling, I showed my husband his new phone as per his request. It was the old Nokia 1100i model and it serves as his basic phone. He uses it more especially when the kids will borrow his android phone.

We went through Balubal, a diversion road from Puerto to Mambatangan and it has lots of scenic views from there just like this one.

The transaction was fast and so I arrived home early. Then my sister asked me to buy the ingredients that we needed for the cake. I used my crocheted market bag but I did bring an eco-bag because I have a second thoughts if it will hold the weight of what I am going to buy.

After I crossed the road, I saw these two dogs that are fighting with each other. I was afraid of them but I am very far from them as I was taking the photo.

Arriving at the grocery, I was so amazed by this karagador. What he carries is 4 bags of 50 kilograms of rice, A total of 200 kilos, much heavier than his own weight!

Back at home, My sister divided the cake in half and put some water with sugar in it, just plain water and dissolved sugar. Then she put it back again.

She began coating the cake with icing that she made. I was amazed by it because it doesn'tsmell eggs in it. It don't ruin my appetite.

Here is Indang, making more icing! The mixer rotates so fast that the camera was not able to capture it.

And here is Palaling patiently waiting to be given an icing.

Woot wooot! here's the cake , and it looks like a cake now. Haha, I thought this is done but she made a pink one and designed the cake for Sandra.

Here is the cake for Czak and she coloerd it with blue.

Here are the eggyolks that she set aside from the egg whites that she used in the icing and they looked like flowers.

The last Cake was for Inday, and is in a heart shape. inday is kind of special to us so My husband chose the best for her.

I was not able to attend to it a little later becasue Czak needs his sleep. But my nephew came and played wit the phone and left his funny face inthe gallery.

it was a very long day and I am exhausted. In the morrow, I wake up early too. I wanted to sleep more but the kids demanded to wake up and feed them, hehe.
