Can't believe how warm the UK has been! Glad we didn't come this summer.

I prefer smaller communities too. When I ran Natural Medicine it got far too insane... We were coping with so much plagiarism and crap it wasn't even funny. And that was with tons of excellent (paid) moderators trying to control it! So yeah I agree, small is better.

I've been known to break community rules a couple of times as I misread the rules. Always took it on the chin though - why have a hissy fit when it's you that didn't totally read the rules? Sigh. I wonder if people behave like that in real life..

I should do a #followfriday, wonder if I can combine that with #marketfriday and #fungifriday for a Friday extravaganza 😂🍄

I know a lot of people go where the money is, but it has to be fun for me. I try not to get too worked up about anything online. Tag me if you do a #FollowFriday. These daily themes are an incentive to post.

I don't even KNOW where the money is?! I'm happy if I get more votes than usual on a post of course but I don't think I would know how to post specifically to increase this. I guess this is probably the best approach..

Maybe eventually there will be a bigger community around your sort of music. I think it's important for it to be fun.

There's already a group of about 10 who are regulars on the Twitch channel and are there every week pretty much without fail. Probably about 20 more that watch but aren't active in the chat. Not huge numbers but I'd say 80% of them are on Hive and a lot of the chat is Hive related!

Cool. That's the start of something. I think it's important to have more reasons to use Hive than just rewards. If they can get engagement that is actually better than other platforms they will come back. Keep it up!

Yeah exactly - rewards are nice but engagement is more important. I really like the numbers at the moment on the stream - I can just about keep up with most of the Twitch chat whilst playing and it feels like a bunch of friends hanging out. Much more and I won't be able to follow it!
