I can't believe how fast January is passing by!

I have already nearly completed four shifts at work this month. It's my last day tomorrow, wow! That's crazy.

Only two more shifts to go before my holiday in the canaries 🥳.

With the prospect of February just around the corner, I can feel the anticipation of busier days ahead already. With low staffing levels we may struggle if we don't get more people in.

Not the greatest of step counts today as I was tied down a bit in the layup. Traying up raw meats for tomorrows schedule!

Come on! 1 day to go :-) Have great Holidays! I'm sure in the Canaries you'll have good weather. In the rest of Spain, including here in Mallorca we're suffering the cold !LOL

I tend to forget it how cold it could get here. But getting a bit older (or maybe living here for a longer time) I'm getting cold quicker... !LOL

I know what you mean, time flies by and the Christmas break already seems a long time ago. My wife already talking about half-term. Didn't we just start back?
