新產品推介禮
公司近年來開始引進國際化的國際水平產品。與其說新產品，不如說是將國際市場的產品本土化，然後在當地發售。
能將國際產品帶入並且本土化是一件非常了不起的事。當然，這也必須是國際公司才有這樣的潛力。首先，必須有本地分公司在當地有強大的銷售單位，這樣才有資格說將本公司在外的國際產品帶進來。不然，如果是一家本土公司，貿然引進外國產品，後果只有一個，買了兵器但不懂得使用。開槍也可能會後坐力太猛，未殺敵先傷己。
保險產品本來就不是一勞永逸的“成品”。當中涉及的非常廣泛。首先就是要本土的市場調查，有了市場資訊才容易找到突破口。然後就是將產品根據本土的法律規範進行調整。法律不外乎包括人情，每當遇到理賠的時候，受害人總是千方百計想要多一些理賠，反之保險公司永遠會在保單範圍裡給予“適當”的財務損失的理賠；當客戶與保險公司理賠範圍無法達成共同的理賠金額，而金額又巨大就肯定會走法律渠道，打官司。
說了這麼久，你該不會是以為你們拉叔我改過自新，開始做一個正兒八經的技術分析博主吧？大家好，我是拉叔🤪現實生活中，拉叔是一名保險公司行政人猿，區塊鏈浮沉……等……好像一開始玩就沉，沒有浮過😂OK，換個角度說，區塊鏈愛好有時個十幾年經驗的小白。目前是Hive的小博主，主打自由話題。所以，今天的話題是，一次hotel推介禮的經驗。
話說，咱們公司籌備這個推介禮籌備了好久，而且代理猿也設定只邀請高效能的合作夥伴，少點業績都不受邀請。公司非常看重這一次的“新”產品，這次推介禮還特地邀請（其實是內部分配外勤）香港的醫療保險權威，新加坡的科技保險權威，還有印度來的能源管理科技保險權威……還有我們本土文化科技保險拳威😅
總裁是個年輕的老外，操著一口澳洲腔，其實我們不知道他說了什麼。只知道每一句話一開口就是“矮”-I，後面就是“油”-You。他說完五秒後，有人鼓掌，我們大家看到又跟著鼓掌就是了。然後他在補充幾句再3Q，就下來了。
蠢材致詞過後不久就響鐘下課了，我大家可以移動到課堂外去享用茶點。茶點有著幾個不同的項目，由於拉叔吃過了早餐還沒餓，所以炒米粉就沒拿了，只是隨便拈了幾片三明治、甜點和餅乾，連咖啡都沒喝上。
推介禮完畢後，就是分組活動。咱們出席者都被安排到不同的組別去了解本產品的不同層次和階段，設定目標來解決各種
客戶不同的需要。
香港代表講解的生化科學課題更是廣泛受到大家關注。尤其是關於幹細胞技術這一類敏感話題，一直都是大家關注的。除了負擔不起生活，誰不想健健康康的“遲點死”？
印度的代表是個男生，講解關於新能源相關的科技保險。你們拉叔我雖然對於這一塊相當有興趣，不過奈何代表來自印度，而且是個男的，你們看看寥寥可數的分組活動就知道反應有多劇烈了。
分組活動完畢，公司還提供了酒店安排的自助餐午餐。老實說嘛，這是我來過這一家酒店這麼多次之最難吃一次。就這麼一碟，勉強吃完了沒有回去排隊，來圓滿結束了這一次新產品推介禮。
这么一碟吃不饱吧！难吃能不能再硬吃点 😂想想画面好惨

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
