🌷🌺🌸 Special salad for a summer day | Ensalada especial para un dÃa de verano 🌸🌺🌷 [Eng-Esp]

Salads can always get us out of trouble and we can make them with the ones we have left over from the week like the one I am sharing with you today, I had a little uncooked pasta, which was not enough for two people, so I decided to transform it into a delicious salad, I also had some peas stored in the fridge, which seemed ideal for this recipe.
Las ensaladas siempre nos pueden sacar de apuro y las podemos hacer con los que nos haya quedado de la semana como la que hoy les comparto, tenÃa un poquito de pasta sin cocinar, la cual no alcanzaba para dos personas, entonces decidà transformarla en una deliciosa ensalada, también tenÃa unos guisantes guardados en la nevera, los cuales me parecieron ideales para esta receta.
Ingredients:
120 grams of pasta
½ cup of peas
1 sprig of parsley
1 avocado
½ red onion
olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

½ taza de guisantes
1 ramita de perejil
1 aguacate
½ cebolla morada
Aceite de oliva al gusto
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Elaboration process / Proceso de elaboración:
🌸 We cook the pasta following the instructions on the package, this will only take approximately 7 minutes, then we let it come to room temperature.
🌸 La pasta la cocinamos siguiendo las instrucciones del empaque, esto nos llevará tan solo aproximadamente 7 minutos, luego dejamos que tome temperatura ambiente.
🌸 I chopped the parsley and onion very small, I also cut part of the onion into fine julienne strips to reserve them for decoration.
🌸 El perejil y la cebolla los piqué bien pequeñitos, también corté parte de la cebolla en finas julianas para reservarlas en la decoración.
🌸 Now let's go with my favorite ingredient, avocado, I chopped part of it into cubes and another into thin slices to use in decoration, every time I have the opportunity to buy avocado I take advantage of it because I love it, plus it is very versatile we can use it for recipes sweet and salty.
🌸 Ahora vamos con mi ingrediente favorito, el aguacate, una parte lo piqué en cubos y otro en finas láminas para utilizarlos en la decoración, cada vez que tengo oportunidad de comprar aguacate aprovecho porque me encanta, además que es muy versátil lo podemos utilizar para recetas dulces y saladas.
🌸 We place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix so that all the flavors come together, this is a salad that we can enjoy at room temperature or cold and, if we feel like going to the beach, we can also take it.
🌸 Colocamos todos los ingredientes en un bol y mezclamos para que se unan todos los sabores, esta es una ensalada que la podemos disfrutar a temperatura ambiente o frÃa y, si se nos antoja irnos para la playa también la podemos llevar.
