What is Travel Photography? It is that type of the Eight Art where we capture culture, people, landscapes, objects, cityscapes, customs, traditions, events, history, etc. and we express our feeling of the time and the place we visited. We all love it, right? ;)

Rules:

  • Comment under this post with one travel photo:
    • Only one entry per participant
    • You have exactly 24 hours to participate
    • Use ONLY your own original work, photos will be checked and plagiarism will be flagged and reported
    • No NSFW images
    • Adding your personal touch, a short story, the location, EXIF data, etc. is not obligatory but will definitely make your entry much more appealing and increase your chances of success ;)
    • If your comment contains more than one image I will consider only the first one. You may create a separate post with your photo if you wish, of course!
  • No Upvote, No Resteem, No Follow required. Of course, all the help and support you give is greatly appreciated and absolutely voluntary.

As you probably know, I am a professional photographer, so please show me your good stuff, I will be looking for things like story-telling, creativity, composition, quality, etc. May the best win!

This time nice view from Sharjah, UAE. This is of smallest and "poorest" Emirates but most religiously concerned...
There are no so many skyscrapers than in Dubai, but still much more than in my city.. :D

Here had quite a luck to catch sun's halo on sunset. Though pretty hard shooting conditions straight against the sun and without LEE gradient filter.
So had to gather a lot of information from the shadows to get building details, but well, good enough I hope

In India there is a holy rat-temple. There are living thousends of rats. The people feed them.....

In the foreground the clock dome with the statue of Saint George in the Manežnaja Square.
In the background a glimpse of the entrance to the Red Square.

This photo depicts the back of the Cathedral of Christ the Redeemer in Moscow.
The clouds on the right give a certain drama to the image while the sun on the opposite side is light and heat and positivity. A duality that I often look for in my shots.

Wow, thank you very much! Yes I think that it's hard too. Had few moments to practice this summer. This shot was made only because of World economic forum. The plane made a big circle around the Gulf of Finland while there were some deals in airport. Usually they don't fly here. So I'm glad to make this original shot, and glad you like it 😀👍

Chalerma Park is in Bangkok city of Thailand i found this park trendy and fun and is home to tons of small murals and art works that are well worth a look. It's not a big park but it is certainly a fun and colorful place to relax and there is even a few tire swings for you to enjoy while you survey the scene or for the kids to play on.
