Mushroomwednesday - Some Beautiful Mushrooms That Grow Naturally II

avatar

Mushroom species are widespread throughout the world and to find them is also sometimes not difficult during the rainy season and on this occasion I again share some mushroom species that I found a few days ago.

Some of the mushrooms I mean are like Marasmius rotula is a common species of agaric fungus in the Marasmiaceae family. And there's also Ganoderma curtisii And there is also "kulat jumpung", that's the name of the Acehnese for straw mushroom (Volvariella volvacea). This mushroom is a favorite mushroom and is most sought after by village people when the rice harvest season is over and the pile of rice straw begins to rot, this mushroom will grow and people use it by sautéing or making it an additional ingredient in noodle dishes.
