Below I show the performances of some cryptocurrencies that are among the top 100 in the Coinmarketcap ranking.
I show the best of the last 7 days and the worst of the last 7 days, then below are some personal comments.

👍UP 7 days
1-Curve DAO Token (CRV) made +14.18% in 7 days
2-Immutable (IMX) has made +12.68% in 7 days
3-Chainlink (LINK) made +7.97% in 7 days

Some notes on the projects mentioned above
CRV - This token is the one that, in the last 7 days, has had the best performance among the top 100 most capitalized coins. CRV is the token of Curve, a decentralized exchange that caused a lot of talk months ago. His All Time High is at $6.50.
IMX - The second best performance comes from the token of the blockchain gaming platform called IMMUTABLE
LINK - The third best performance of the last 7 days comes from Chainlink. A project that I don't know well, but from what I understand it is aimed at creating a flow of credible data on the blockchain. This project should help the generation and credibility of smart contracts.

1-THORChain (RUNE) made -13.76% in 7 days
2-eCash (XEC) made -12.88% in 7 days
3-Optimism (OP) made -11.57% in 7 days

Some notes on the projects mentioned above
RUNE - The worst performance of the last 7 days comes from THORChain. This is a decentralized exchange and the token on which the exchange is built is RUNE
XEC - The second worst performance comes from eCash. This project is the old Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA), a fork of Bitcoin Cash (BCH), i.e. XEC is BCHA renamed, in other words, Bitcoin Cash ABC changed its name to eCash.
OP - The third worst performance of the week came from Optimism. This is a layer-2 of Ethereum that aims to solve the scalability issues that Ethereum and other blockchains currently have.

Conclusions
-Who is doing well
CRV and IMX are tokens dedicated, one to the world of decentralized finance and the other to the world of blockchain gaming and in the last 7 days they have each made more than 12% profit.
-Who is going badly
RUNE, XEC, OP have had losses of more than 10% in the last 7 days.
RUNE and XEC today have values that are very far from their maximums, even OP is below the value of its all-time maximum, but is in better shape than the others mentioned above.

Alcune note sui progetti citati qui sopra
CRV - Questo token risulta quello che, negli ultimi 7 giorni, ha avuto la miglior performance tra le prime 100 monete più capitalizzate. CRV è il token di Curve, un exchange decentralizzato che ha fatto parlare molto di sè mesi fa. Il suo All Time High è a 6,5$.
IMX - La seconda miglior performance arriva dal token della piattaforma di gaming su blockchain chiamata IMMUTABLE X. Ricordiamo che uno dei giochi blockchain più popolari GODS UNCHAINED è prodotto dalla IMMUTABLE X.
LINK - La terza miglior performance degli ultimi 7 giorni arriva da Chainlink. Un progetto che non conosco bene, ma da quel che ho capito è indirizzato a creare un flusso di dati credibili sulla blockchain. Questo progetto dovrebbe aiutare la generazione e la credibilità del smart contracts.

Alcune note sui progetti citati qui sopra
RUNE - La peggior performance degli ultimi 7 giorni arriva da THORChain. Questo è un exchange decentralizzato ed il token su cui è costruito l’exchange è RUNE
XEC - La seconda peggior performance arriva da eCash. Questo progetto è il vecchio Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA), un fork di Bitcoin Cash (BCH), cioè XEC è BCHA rinominato, in altre parole, Bitcoin Cash ABC ha cambiato nome in eCash.
OP - La terza peggiore performance della settimana è arrivata da Optimism. Questo è un layer-2 di Ethereum che mira a risolvere i problemi di scalabilità che attualmente Ethereum e altre blockchain hanno.

Conclusioni
-Chi sta andando bene
CRV e IMX sono token dedicati uno al mondo della finanza decentralizzata e l’altro al mondo del gaming su blockchain e negli ultimi 7 giorni hanno fatto più del 12% di guadagno ognuno.
-Chi sta andando male
RUNE, XEC, OP negli ultimi 7 giorni hanno avuto delle perdite oltre al 10%.
RUNEe XEC oggi hanno dei valori molto lontani dai loro massimi, anche OP è sotto al valore del suo massimo di sempre, ma è messo meglio degli altri citati sopra.
