Rumbo a mis 9 años de música, resiliencia y Web3 (Lo que Hive construyó en mí)
Hola amigos || Hello friends
Hoy quiero que me acompañen a mirar el camino recorrido durante estos 8 años que decidí sumergirme en este ecosistema. Si miramos hacia atrás cuando empecé en los tiempos de Steemit gracias al emblemático concurso Openmic yo era simplemente, un amante más de la música. Hoy con orgullo y el corazón en la mano puedo decir que la música y Hive ha logrado que hoy sea mejor de lo que fui ayer. Y es que acá descubrí que era mucho más de lo que imaginaba ya que descubrí el amor a la lectura, a la poseía tanto que me dediqué por un tiempo a escribir hermosos poemas como por ejemplo:
Today, I’d like you to join me in looking back at the journey I’ve taken over the past eight years since I decided to immerse myself in this ecosystem. If we look back to when I started on Steemit thanks to the iconic Openmic contest I was simply just another music lover. Today, with pride and my heart on my sleeve, I can say that music and Hive have made me a better person today than I was yesterday. And the truth is, I discovered here that it was so much more than I ever imagined, as I discovered a love for reading and poetry so much so that for a time I dedicated myself to writing beautiful poems, such as:
Sensual Ilusión
¿Será que mis ilusiones son frágiles?
No logro concretar ninguna.
Avanza el tiempo y sigo deliberando
con mis ideas.
A veces, todavía, así de pronto;
te hago mía en mis pensamientos.
Me imagino una noche donde me colmes de placeres
y donde la Luna alumbre tus hombros desnudos.
Deseo temblar en tus tiernos maizales
y que añores ser mía en todas mis vidas.
Me he imaginado escribiendo historias en tu pecho
mientras escucho tu corazón mencionar mi nombre.
Pero me faltas en mi cama, en mi existencia; en mi boca.
Falta tú piel en mis días; y en mis noches.
Sigue avanzando el tiempo
y continúo deliberando con mis ideas.
Con un placer erótico de tocarte el alma,
que desees desgarrar mis ganas
con una estremecida caricia de tus manos.
Dejándome esparcir mi vino en todo tu cuerpo,
perdiéndome en tu fruto culposo.
Que desesperación saber que es solo una fantasía,
una ilusión incompleta, un tambor sin cuero;
una guitarra sin cuerdas.
Pero sin embargo, a veces, solo a veces,
siento que estás conmigo.
También incursioné en la fotografía lo cual puedo decir que fue una experiencia inolvidable. Un arte que me gustó por lo expresivo que puede ser con tan solo presentar la perspectiva del fotógrafo. Tuve la oportunidad que tener una buena cámara en mis manos aunque no fuese mía, la tenia casi siempre pues era de un vecino que también compartía sus fotografías en estas aguas. Ese vecino tuve que emigrar y se llevó la cámara y la verdad que adquirí varias pero ninguna fue de calibre de la que tenia prestada así que eso fue desmotivando seguir en el arte de la fotografía. Aquí les presento algunas de las imágenes que de verdad me dejaron impresionado
I also dabbled in photography, which I can say was an unforgettable experience. It’s an art form I loved because of how expressive it can be simply by presenting the photographer’s perspective. I had the opportunity to use a good camera, even though it wasn’t mine; I had it almost all the time because it belonged to a neighbor who also shared his photos here. That neighbor had to move away and took the camera with him, and to be honest, I bought several cameras myself, but none were on par with the one I had borrowed, so that discouraged me from continuing with the art of photography. Here are some of the images that truly left me impressed
Disculpen que me haya desviado a lo que realmente vine hablar, de mi música. Creí que era necesario ya que estamos recorriendo juntos ese camino de 8 años. Para mí el Openmic no fue solo un concurso fue una auténtica universidad musical dado el hecho que me empujó a explorar mis límites, a entender la música a un nivel mucho más profundo del que jamás imaginé y, sobre todo, a moldear y descubrir mi potencial vocal. Cada semana era un reto, una lección y un aplauso que me impulsaba a ser mejor y eso debo agradecérselo a ustedes, quienes desde el principio confiaron en mí y me dieron más de una razón para seguir.
I apologize for straying from what I really came here to talk about: my music. I felt it was necessary, given that we’ve been walking this 8-year journey together. For me, Openmic wasn’t just a competition it was a true musical university, as it pushed me to explore my limits, to understand music on a much deeper level than I ever imagined, and, above all, to shape and discover my vocal potential. Every week was a challenge, a lesson, and a round of applause that drove me to be better, and for that I have to thank you those of you who believed in me from the start and gave me more than one reason to keep going.
Sin embargo el camino del artista no siempre es una línea recta ascendente lo cual nos hace concentrarnos mucho en cualquier proyecto que decidamos crear pero me duele confesar que hoy en día no soy tan constante como antes con mis ensayos y mis estudios musicales. Y es que no es falsa realidad la que vive mi país Venezuela lo que me impone prioridades que no se pueden ignorar lo que logra que la mente y las energías se concentran a menudo en lo más básico: asegurar el plato de comida en la mesa. Lamentablemente la preparación técnica y las horas de práctica han pasado a un tercer plano. Es una confesión difícil, pero real además que cada una de ellas implica dinero pero a pesar de la pausa obligada el deseo y las ganas de retomar el ritmo diario siguen intactos y confío que esto es solo temporal y que volveré a esa rutina de estudio muy pronto.
However, an artist’s path isn’t always a straight line upward, which makes us focus intensely on whatever project we decide to undertake, but it pains me to admit that these days I’m not as consistent as I used to be with my rehearsals and musical studies. The reality my country, Venezuela, is facing is no illusion; it imposes priorities that cannot be ignored, causing my mind and energy to often focus on the most basic need: ensuring there is food on the table. Unfortunately, technical preparation and hours of practice have taken a back seat. It’s a difficult confession, but a real one especially since each of these requires money. Yet despite this forced pause, the desire and eagerness to resume my daily rhythm remain intact, and I trust that this is only temporary and that I’ll return to that study routine very soon.
Lo hermoso de estos 8 años es que incluso en la intermitencia Hive ha sido testigo y cómplice de mis mayores éxitos. Esta comunidad vio nacer canciones que hoy ya no son solo maquetas en un post, sino sencillos oficiales grabados y disponibles en todas las plataformas musicales. Canciones que llevan una carga emocional enorme como "Ojos Amarillos" y más recientemente "Color Ámbar". Quiero compartir con ustedes esas primeras impresiones de dichas canciones
The beauty of these past 8 years is that, even through the ups and downs, Hive has been a witness to and a part of my greatest successes. This community saw the birth of songs that today are no longer just demos in a post, but official singles recorded and available on all music platforms. Songs that carry a huge emotional weight, like “Ojos Amarillos” and, more recently, “Color Ámbar.” I want to share with you those first impressions of these songs
Ahora bien, pueden juzgar sin problema aquellos que no me conocieron hace 8 años cuando inicié y están sin conocimiento de mi evolución aunque como digo, todavía me falta mucho pero en comparación del antes y el después, es muy notorio no solo la parte de la creatividad musical, vocal y como persona. Llegamos al final de este recorrido con la presentación de estos dos trabajos que han sido hasta ahora, mis mayores logros. Plasmar esas ideas en un trabajo de dirección y producción musical ha sido más que una experiencia maravillosa, ha sido el mejor regalo que me ha dado Dios y sé que seguiré trabajando en mis canciones para seguir compartiéndolas con el mundo. Aquí estas dos super producciones, pueden volver a juzgar y ver la diferencia de canción, producción y calidad vocal.
Now, those who didn’t know me eight years ago when I first started and who aren’t aware of how I’ve grown are free to judge me, though as I said, I still have a long way to go. But when you compare the before and after, the difference is very noticeable not just in terms of musical and vocal creativity, but also as a person. We’ve reached the end of this journey with the release of these two projects, which have been my greatest achievements so far. Bringing those ideas to life through musical direction and production has been more than just a wonderful experience it’s been the best gift God has given me, and I know I’ll keep working on my songs so I can continue sharing them with the world. Here are these two amazing productions; you can listen again and hear the difference in songwriting, production, and vocal quality.
Por si fuera poco Hive también fue un gran cómplice para un concierto inigualable, una experiencia en vivo que quedó registrada y que hoy también se puede escuchar en plataformas digitales recordándome de lo que soy capaz cuando el arte fluye. Este post es un recordatorio para mí y un agradecimiento para ustedes. Gracias por ser el escenario virtual que me transformó en un músico profesional. Gracias por sostenerme cuando la realidad aprieta y por celebrar mis logros cuando la música gana. No cabe duda que la constancia puede flaquear por las circunstancias, pero la pasión no muere.
As if that weren’t enough, Hive also played a key role in making that concert unforgettable a live experience that was recorded and can now be heard on digital platforms, reminding me of what I’m capable of when art flows. This post is a reminder for me and a thank you to all of you. Thank you for being the virtual stage that transformed me into a professional musician. Thank you for supporting me when reality gets tough and for celebrating my achievements when music wins out. There’s no doubt that perseverance can falter due to circumstances, but passion never dies.

So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
I've been labelled a lot of things on Hive 😂 by the biggest farmers scammers and downvoters
Actions speak louder than any words do especially when them words are coming from a compolsive liars

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
