This league is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement.

Everyone currently on my master list has a chance here - including those powering down or dealing in delegations over the past couple of weeks.

I've used some metrics relating to:

  • Posts (P)
  • Comments - number of (C)
  • Number of people spoken to (PS)
  • Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (C R)
  • Comments - length in characters (C L)
  • Witness votes (W) (for those proxying witness votes, your total is always 30)
  • Up-votes to others (V)
  • Up-votes to different authors (U V)
  • Self-votes - No minus score but no bonus STEEM (S V)

I have, but the winners are often automated votes and that isn’t really engagement.

Also, with the 200 STEEM monthly data access cost, prizes need to be reserved for the EL. Cheers 😁

Ok my friend, I agree. Then you could give the prize only to real users, you know who they are. For example, I’m often in the first positions and I’m not a bot (and I’m not the only one).
I’m saying this because the curation is even more important with new steem and I think the best curators deserve to be awarded.

Congratulations everyone.

For those of you that have less than 1000 SP and are looking to possibly double it up @namiks is planing a long term delegation of 1000 SP to an active steemian, one who post, votes and comments. I have resteemed the link or you can just go to his page to see the rules. It is pretty simple do a Movie review. Read his post, it does not require a 5 star professional review. I know that there are active league members that do not have over 1000 SP.

I'm surprised I registered at all this week considering I have been MIA with the standard UK cold/flu virus that hits this time of year and been recouping in the music studio making the next DnB track 😁

Interesting movements in the steem market out of nowhere recently but I suspect it might go down a little bit, then someone sold like a billion dollars worth of BTC in a second!

Still, great things happening on the chain still and well done to all the winners!

Yes genuinely because I don't feel like I'm on it that much (he says whilst at work on SteemPeak haha).

With the music, I'm hoping that with the next release of SteemPeak that Spotify embeds are done as I am focusing on Steem and Spotify now for music sharing. Also getting back in to making DJ mixes along with curating playlists so want to share them from the biggest music streaming site going!

Yea man, it's a little volatile but I'm glad I spent everything I could in the last few months to accumulate some Steem! May still get some more but it's a little unpredictable atm as to where a good buy point is. Keeping my eyes on!

Gah, I've been guilty of not commenting here or at all much for a while - have tendonitis in my elbow and the case of the 'meh' - so even routine comments are hard to come up with, let alone gushings of thannkyous for doing things like this, Ash - though they are warranted! But wanted to stop in and show appreciation, gorgeous man. xx Can't promise to up my steem game - a lot of stuff happens behind the scenes with @naturalmedicine and I'm here daily, but my engagement has dropped off a bit and I feel bad about that! Saying that, I've started twitter for Nat Med and have been busy that way, so not as if i'm shirking my steem duties entirely. xx

Looks like I am the 23rd on the list with 109 comments to 46 people.

Maybe it is not so bad considering/taking into account the fact that I have not spent much time on Steem lately, but there are many multiple to encourage me, so I think that I start to increase the time I spend on the Steem blockchain.
