First of all before anything else, I wanna thank the king himself @ecoinstant for giving steemers another chance to showcase the variety of various community projects we are building on this blockchain system.

This is not something to pass by without participating since we gain knowledge by learning from and teaching others.
Just like the holy Bible says:

"As iron sharpens iron, so shall another candle light another candle and man shall teach his fellow brethren"

This week has been one of my WORST WEEKS on steemit that I almost felt like quitting on steemit.

This is how this went down...

Due to all the limited steemers on this platform, I decided to use bidbots on steembottracker to buy myself some valuable votes.

I was bidding with a max of $0.5 to a min of $0.01 with the link to my post attached to the bidding transaction and in less than hour my posts would recieve a vote of value $3+ even $10...

Woow that was cool, a buidling african on steemit blockchain leaping huge profits from bidbots on the bot tracker.
Luck was on my side and I was determined to add more liquid steem to my account and take advantage of the bidbots.

The bad news is that since the establishment of #newsteem, they introduced the downvote option on all blog posts that should receive weekly payouts.
The downvote option is something that I really disagree with cause I love upvoting valuable posts due to increasing my curation rewards.
I have never ever thought of downvoting someone's content since it's not something cool according to my perception.
For a blogger like me in Africa where we lagging behind on internet connection and inadequate information its so difficult to make cash off the internet hence I spend lots of time coming up and typing multiple blogs for my steemit account and I do not feel like I deserve any downvotes.
I repeat it is difficult making money online in third world countries...but complaining and whining won't help without ACTION

Steemit helps me:

1. Put food on table for my little son
2. Pay bills
3. Pay for my part time masters program
4. Help engage and interact with like minded people

But due to the heavy downvotes on my bidbot promoted posts, it broke my heart and I even wanted to quit steeming...yeah you heard me right Luckily having friends like @ecoinstant, he gave me more morale and now I feel am back on track and i need to invest in much more SBI SHARES and avoid on usage of bidbots cause i learnt my lesson the hard way plus I can't change the fact that downvote option still exists and will exists prolly till the end of steemit.😂😂

Being an active steemit blogger, I spend most of my time and effort typing and research as said on my introduction.
