Hola queridísimos amigos de la comunidad foodies bee hive el dia de hoy quiero compartir mi receta favorita para un desayuno facil y economico no es mas que huevo con cebolla.

Hello dear friends of the bee hive foodies community, today I want to share my favorite recipe for an easy and economical breakfast, it's nothing more than eggs and onions.

Ingredientes/ingredients

  • 2 huevos
  • 3 ramas de cebolla larga
  • media cebolla redonda
  • 1 aji dulce
  • mantequilla
  • ajo
  • sal al gusto
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 long onion stalks
  • half a round onion
  • 1 sweet chili pepper
  • butter
  • garlic
  • salt to taste

Proceso/ process


primero picamos en cuadritos la cebolla larga y redonda juntos al aji dulce, posteriormente debemos colocar a calentar un sarten a fuego lento

first we chop the long and round onion into cubes together with the sweet chili pepper, then we must heat a frying pan over low heat.

luego tomamos la mantequilla una cucharada aproximadamente junto a la salsa de ajo al gusto, le agregue sal al gusto y dejamos calentar a fuego lento mientras revolvemos poco a poco

then we take the butter, about a tablespoon, together with the garlic sauce to taste, add salt to taste and let it heat over low heat while stirring little by little.
