Monomad - rooster or fighting rooster
hello black and white community friends this is my entry for the #monomad challenge
On this occasion I want to share some photos that I got when I visited my friend's house who has a hobby of raising roosters.
Raising roosters is one of my hobbies when I was in junior high school (SMP) visiting this chicken coop for me is one of my ways to remember thousands of memories in my past, bring chickens from one cage to another. Another thing for us to compete with each other's chickens, we can see various types of chickens in some of the cages that we visit.
It is very difficult to train fighting chickens, you really have to pay attention to starting from feeding, type of feed, additional feed, exercise, health checks, and to the environment of the chickens themselves, what really must be considered for maintaining fighting chickens is physical form, body shape, and rigid size of the chicken itself, because 60% of the chicken's strength can be seen from the physical chicken itself, for safe feed for a fighting cock is a mixture of bran, tomato pieces, dry corn, honey, and of course rice.
Such a mixture does not have to be given every meal, only in the morning, the rest is enough with bran and corn. At 6 pm or before the chickens go to sleep we have to give vitamins and spray the whole chicken coop with lemongrass boiled water, to avoid mosquito and ant bites when the chickens sleep. And lastly, roosters cannot be locked in one place, because the nature of these chickens will harm each other.
