Para el post de hoy les quiero hablar un poco de uno de mis juegos de la infancia , y les hablo de #Monopoly , un juego genial que muchos de acá conocemos , ese clásico juego que trata de comprar y tener propiedades en todo el mundo , sentirte el apoderado de la mesa , el poder de tener todo el tablero con la marca de tus casitas , era súper entretenido

Un juego que poco a poco con el tiempo fue mejorando , ya que al día de hoy los juegos de Monopoly que conocemos tienen cosas nuevas , cosas que yo no logré ver en mi juego clásico , Siempre lo jugaba con mi hermano , solo con el ya que mi padre siempre estaba en su trabajo y mi madre pues ocupada con las cosas del hogar , pero fueron momentos que nunca olvidaré y acá les cuento una anécdota de cuando jugué con mi hermano

For today's post I want to talk a little about one of my childhood games, and I'm talking about #Monopoly, a great game that many of us here know, that classic game about buying and owning properties around the world, feel the owner of the table, the power to have all the board with the brand of your houses, it was super entertaining.

A game that little by little over time was improving, because today the Monopoly games we know have new things, things that I did not get to see in my classic game, I always played it with my brother, only with him because my father was always at work and my mother was busy with things at home, but they were moments that I will never forget and here I tell you an anecdote of when I played with my brother.

Siempre que jugábamos lo primero era contar el dinero , como nuestro juego de Monopoly era algo viejo le faltaban algunos billetes , entonces pues contábamos de partes iguales para cada uno Ejemplo 50 billetes para mi y 50 para mi hermano , y como siempre quedaban algunos impares esos los dejábamos en la caja y decíamos que la caja era el banco , que hay se guardaría el dinero que sobraba , y se depositaría el dinero de la compra de las propiedades

Ya cuando teníamos nuestro dinero era momento de jugar , pero alguno de los dos teníamos que ser el que tenía que estar pendiente del banco jajajajaj era muy gracioso ya que siempre peleabamos por ser el dueño del banco ya que ser el dueño tenía sus beneficios , ninguno de los dos lo admitimos pero , cuando algunos de los dos éramos los dueños del banco , agarramos uno que otro Billete

Siempre decíamos que no era así jajajajaj pero así mismo era , ya que cuando nos quedamos con poco dinero , disimuladamente sacábamos un poco de la plata del banco , Creo que si al día de hoy tuviéramos un trabajo en un banco real , este sería un recuerdo que siempre vendría nuestra mente

Whenever we played the first thing was to count the money, as our Monopoly game was a little old it was missing some bills, then we counted in equal parts for each of us, for example 50 bills for me and 50 for my brother, and as there were always some odd ones left, we left them in the box and we said that the box was the bank, that there we would keep the money that was left over, and we would deposit the money for the purchase of the properties.

Once we had our money it was time to play , but one of us had to be the one who had to keep an eye on the bank , it was very funny because we always fought to be the owner of the bank because being the owner had its benefits , neither of us admitted it but , when some of us were the owners of the bank , we grabbed one or the other bill.

We always said it wasn't like that hahahahahahahah but it was just like that, because when we were short of money, we would slyly take some of the money out of the bank, I think that if we had a job in a real bank today, this would be a memory that would always come to our mind.

Algo que siempre hacíamos era que no respetamos los precios de las propiedades a comprar , al inicio si las comprábamos muy baratas , al valor que marcaba el juego pero cuando ya eran nuestras , las vendíamos más caras , y pues también era bueno pagarlas más caras que el valor inicial ya que en el juego que teníamos tenía una característica que nos decía que por tener más de 3 propiedades seguidas , es decir en la misma calle , podíamos cobrar el doble de su valor inicial de alquiler

Esa era nuestra mayor batalla lograr tener de todo , también en nuestro juego tenia algunas cosas mas para comprar no solo casas , teníamos para comprar , compañías eléctricas , compañías de agua , Tren , Restaurantes y otras cosas que no recuerdo , pero era muy completo

Yo siempre quería comprar era la compañía de agua y la de electricidad ya que por cada vuelta que dieran al tablero cada jugador tenía que pagar unos billetes depende la cantidad de casas que tenía es decir , si mi hermano tenia 5 casas a cada vuelta del tablero me tenia que dar 5 billetes , ese fue mi primer negocio millonario de la infancia ajajaja

Something we always did was that we did not respect the prices of the properties to buy , at the beginning if we bought them very cheap , at the value that marked the game but when they were already ours , we sold them more expensive , and it was also good to pay more expensive than the initial value because in the game we had a feature that told us that by having more than 3 properties in a row , ie in the same street , we could charge double its initial rental value.

That was our biggest battle to get to have everything , also in our game had some more things to buy not only houses , we had to buy , electric companies , water companies , Train , Restaurants and other things that I do not remember , but it was very complete .

I always wanted to buy was the water company and the electricity company because for each turn of the board each player had to pay some tickets depending on the number of houses he had, that is, if my brother had 5 houses for each turn of the board he had to give me 5 tickets, that was my first millionaire business of my childhood hahaha.

Por dios , los dados , eran otra cosa que era una lucha interminable , teníamos dos dados para jugar y siempre discutimos de que nos tocaba otro turno jajaja

Esta batalla por otro tiro de los dados no era desde el inicio del juego ya que recuerdo que la pelea en el juego iniciaba cuando ya veíamos que uno de los dos tenia mas dinero y más propiedades , recuerdo que salían reglas del juego que nunca existieron , es decir , acomodamos las reglas a nuestro gusto según la necesidad del momento en el juego

En el caso de los dados era así : Yo tiraba los dados , si sacaba un número bajo , que cada dado me saliera un 2 , dos en cada uno son 4 pasos , contaba los pasos si veía que al dar mis 4 pasos pisaba una propiedad de mi hermano , reclamaba otro turno jajajajajaj ya que caer en su propiedad implicaba tener que pagarle por pasar por su casa , así que le decía algo así como que

Me toca otro turno por que me salieron números Repetidos / Pares

By God, the dice, were another thing that was a never ending fight, we had two dice to play and we always argued that we had another turn hahaha.

This battle for another roll of the dice was not from the beginning of the game because I remember that the fight in the game began when we saw that one of us had more money and more property, I remember that the rules of the game that never existed came out, that is, we accommodate the rules to our liking according to the need of the moment in the game.

In the case of the dice it was like this: I rolled the dice, if I got a low number, if each die gave me a 2, two in each is 4 steps, I counted the steps if I saw that when I took my 4 steps I stepped on a property of my brother, I claimed another turn hahahahahahahahahah because falling on his property meant having to pay him for passing through his house, so I said something like this: "I get another turn because I got a 2, two in each is 4 steps.

It's my turn again because I got Repeated / Even numbers.

Las casas del juego : Esto era otro gran dilema , cuando ya teníamos un buen rato jugando , el tablero se llenaba de muchas casitas en algunas de nuestras propiedades , tanto así que en realidad no teníamos espacio para colocar nuestra ficha de personaje

Cuando el tablero estaba lleno de muchas de esas casas ya el juego estaba muy avanzado y ya estábamos en el punto de aburrimiento o de Estar enfadados de ver que alguno de los dos tenia mas que el otro así que acá se iniciaba con las maldades

Si pasaba por una propiedad de mi hermano , sabia que tenia que pagarle según la cantidad de casas que tenga en ese espacio , recuerdo que me paraba en su propiedad le pagaba sus billetes y cuando me tocaba continuar caminando en el tablero de juego , le daba un toque sutil pero con molestia a las casas que el perfectamente acomodaba en su espacio

El se molestaba mucho por que de verdad le gustaba tener todas sus casas en forma simétrica y yo se las derrumbaba jajajaja

The houses of the game: This was another big dilemma, when we already had a good time playing, the board was filled with many houses in some of our properties, so much so that in fact we had no space to place our character token.

When the board was full of many of these houses, the game was already very advanced and we were already at the point of boredom or being angry to see that one of us had more than the other, so here we started with the mischief.

If I passed by one of my brother's properties, I knew that I had to pay him according to the number of houses he had in that space, I remember that I would stop at his property and pay him his bills and when it was my turn to continue walking on the game board, I would give a subtle but annoying touch to the houses that he perfectly arranged in his space.

He would get very upset because he really liked to have all his houses symmetrical and I would knock them down hahahaha.

Ye en este punto del juego alguno de los dos tenía la ventaja en el juego , así que es acá donde se recurre a el robo del banco, con algunas técnicas de distracción sacabamos billetes del banco , con cosas como decirle a mi hermano ( Ve a la cocina y me traes agua ) en ese momento sacaba algunos billetes , y así hacía él también

Esto se hacía cuando ya no tenía dinero para pagar todo , ya luego uno se descubria , nos molestamos , discutimos y ya el juego se convertía en toda una sala de discusión por ver quién tenía la razón ya que ninguno admitimos que hacíamos trampa

And at this point in the game one of the two had the advantage in the game, so this is where we resorted to stealing the bank, with some distraction techniques we took banknotes from the bank, with things like telling my brother (Go to the kitchen and bring me water) at that time he took out some bills, and so did he too.

This was done when he no longer had money to pay for everything, and then one was discovered, we got annoyed, we argued and the game became a whole room of discussion to see who was right because none of us admitted that we cheated.

Creo que en realidad nunca terminamos un juego completo , nunca terminamos de jugar al monopoly ya que siempre el perdedor buscaba la manera de hacerse el molesto para decir la Típica palabra que acababa con todo

Una palabra que define todo juego y hace que todo acabe de una buena forma para el Orgullo de el perdedor , no se si ya tienes en mente la palabra que te diré Pero era la típica

Listo no juego mas Eres muy tramposo ( Sabiendo que el tramposo es uno )

I think we never really finished a complete game, we never finished playing monopoly because the loser was always looking for a way to be annoying to say the typical word that ended everything.

A word that defines every game and makes everything end in a good way for the pride of the loser, I do not know if you already have in mind the word that I will tell you but it was the typical one.

Ready I don't play anymore You are a cheater ( Knowing that the cheater is you )

Tengo muchos buenos recuerdos de ese juego que al día de hoy me da mucha risa , ver lo tramposo que éramos los dos , porque los dos hacíamos nuestras trampas
