Worklife - Back to the Grindstone! Returning to site after a long weekend

I am busy getting ready for work right now and I am NOT looking forward to it! As much as I loved the Long Weekend that easter brings us, I feel quite lazy. 4 days off in a row is like taking a mini-holiday and I wish I was still on holiday still.

I always feel like I did not do enough, but we actually did quite a lot!

  • I spent time with my family and this is the most important of all.
  • I watched a lot of movies with the kids. We played lots of games together.
  • We have good dinners and treats.
  • I played Warhammer at Sword and Board with @xenowolfza.
  • I did some work around the house.

All in all, it was a good time spent with my loved ones.

Now it is back to site where I will need to get permits to work ready very quickly for a range of work that will be crucial for me to complete as soon as possible.

I still have an H&S audit coming up in about two week's time.

Time to get back to the grindstone.

One day, this will all be worth it for me... for now, it needs to be worth it for my family and our continued survival.
