What's Inside A Smart Phone?

Hello Hive friends, I wish all is well and are in good health. It's A little cold in our place due to the typhoon Kiko, but thanks be to God, there are no heavy rains and strong winds.

My nephew has an old phone that does not work anymore. He got it wet when he was driving in the rain. He then bought a new phone and junked the old one. Then I asked him and gave it to me.

I asked a technician to fix it but since I told him that it was wet for a very long time, he said it cannot be fixed without checking on it. The technician gave it back to me after few weeks.

Since the Smartphone era, I was really curious about what might be inside that made it amazing to use. Since I had a damaged phone now, I could check on it. I searched on youTube on how to open a Huawei Y6 2018 and found a good video there.

I can't believe that it can be opened easily, and the inside has only a few things. There is only a motherboard, charging board, a battery, LCD, a couple of flexes, and cameras. I noticed there is a pink powder-like material inside the motherboard cove, then I removed it as I saw in the video. I even disconnected and reconnected the flexes inside. Conednted with what I saw, I put it all back on.

I tried to charge it and was so happy ha the indicator turned red at first and then a few hours, it turned orange. It was an indication that the battery is charging. I pushed the power button and the power-up tone rang. I was so happy because it might be repaired. The majority of the phones that have been wet with water can be repaired, only LCDs are broken. I messaged the technician and he told me to bring it to him someday. I wish it could be replaced and that I have money to pay him. I would be very excited to.

Very cool, perhaps once you are able to afford repairs, you could sell it and make some profit on this project.
