I keep staking like there's no tomorrow
...even though the total dollar value of my holdings in the HIVE ecosystem has been halved since January.
The ones that have suffered the most have obviously been the HIVE-ENGINE tokens, especially in my case SPORTS and VYB (see below charts of my holdings on VYB).
The ones that have behaved the best for me have been SEED and CENT, which are doing great.
LEO has also suffered a lot, although I continue to accumulate little by little, we have enjoyed a timid PUMP due to the CUB DeFi airdrops and then, it has been deflating accompanying HIVE's drop as well.
However, my attention is focused on LEO and CENT when it comes to accumulating today. All the CENT I get is staked or positioned in liquidity pools with Swap.Hive or CENTG pairs. CENT has the ability to somehow keep its peg to 1 cent of dollar and I have to say that it is doing well as a "value protection measure".
This is a game of patience and long-term perspective.
There are those who say that it is better to protect your investment by converting the crypto you have into a stablecoin now that we are going down... however, I don't think this is the time. The moment was a few weeks ago, there we should have done it, and I did so.
Now is the time to build and accumulate and if you have been lucky to make stablecoin profits, the smartest thing in my opinion is to rebuild your HIVE portfolio via DCA.
It is not easy to choose which projects are the ones that deserve our attention, but doing it in the HIVE ecosystem is much easier.
HIVE and HBD staking should be a must now, perhaps focusing a little less on HBD and staking more on our "governance" token.

I haven't been able to diversify into the cent token since its launch, but I think this is a perfect time to accumulate more cent token. It's going to be my new favorite HE token during this bear market.

HIVE Tokens used to be fun, as a curator they have lost their appeal. The more I stake the less are given out to content creators through upvotes.
Cent is stable
Cent is an underrated Hive engine token on Hive, it’s amazing how it has retained its price.

I keep on staking too, especially Cent, Leo, POB, VYB and SPORTS. I don't really care about the current value, Leo will definitely not disappoint in the future. Some will be bags of shit later, but that is just how it works, spread all over the place, and you will finally find a gem that is worth a lot!

Hoe do we get seed and cent ? And how much do we need to be able to give away or to tip?
Seed and cent are HIVE ENGINE tokens that can be bought in its market, however, CENT can be also acquired if you use the tag “CENT” in your posts since it’s the token of a community like LEO

Staking and long term plays is what has allowed me to stay relaxed and ignore all the apocalyptic panic in the markets. I rarely even take a look at the prices. On a long enough timeline, what we are seeing today should not matter. I have set up my portfolio geared for passive income in assets I feel very comfortable HODLing. I would highly recommend this for anyone who want to stay cool while the world is burning down.
