Dragon Eggs... JK~ Dragon Fruit from my Long Lost Brother <3

Last weekend, my long lost brother @iamwhatiamnot sent me a message that he's coming to our house with @joancabz either Sunday or Monday because they have dragon fruit harvested in the province and wanted to share with us. When I told mama about it, she requested for some orchid as well. haha

A while ago, they came with the dragon fruits, orchid and some spring onions. Yaaay!!! So many blessings... thanks brother and Joan! <3

The last time I had dragon fruit was years ago and to be honest I didn't really understand its taste. We just bought it from the supermarket and it tasted bland? I actually already forgot. However, I wanted to try it again so I'm happy to receive it fresh from their farm.

This is the purple dragon fruit. If dragons were real, this would be what their eggs would look like.

When mama and I tried it again, we actually like it. We don't know why the ones we had last time tasted different... but maybe it's because the ones we had earlier were fresh and the ones we bought from the supermarket weren't that fresh anymore. That might be the reason.

They also gave us this white dragon fruit. We haven't had this before since the purple ones are more common here.

I actually like this better since it's a bit sour and sweet. It reminds me of mangosteen taste... and mangosteen is actually my all-time favorite fruit. hahaha So this white dragon fruit might be among my favorites. <3

I'm really happy to receive these yummy gifts... and I'm happier to see and spend time with them again. :)

After talking a lot and having lunch together with mama and papa, we continued hanging out in my room. Brad and I were bonding over some mobile games while Joan and I talked about stuff... she doesn't like playing mobile games, so we just chatted and did more catching up.

We haven't met each other for years (though we connect with each other online), so it's really amazing to have some bonding time again. I hope to spend time with them again soon. :)
