My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2024

I was sick since yesterday, I had heat stroke. I had a severe headache due to which I could not even post last night. My health worsened yesterday afternoon when I cooked food for the workers in the sun, I didn't know at first when I started having a severe headache and my head was very hot. He told me that you have got heat stroke. First he gave me a glass of water with glucose and then he gave me a glucose drip which lasted till evening. Children were also at home and their tension was also there. My sister was with the children, she also cooked my dinner yesterday evening and took care of the children.

When I returned home, my children were waiting for me in my house with great impatience. The children had not eaten yet, I had dinner with the children. My sister had cooked mung dal and had also heated chutney and desi ghee and chopped cucumbers in the salad. After eating, I was lying down with a slight pain in my head. When I woke up in the morning, my health was completely fresh

I cooked breakfast for the children in the morning and I freshened up my son and sent him to school and my daughters were playing in the yard with their bicycles.
