Reality Tv shows are seen as entertainments that helps spice up our lives in many ways , because in the past years many of this reality shows were so interesting, educating and rewarding to as many who wants to get something out from them.

I use to be a fan of many Reality Shows as a young girl then and even spare myself time in visiting some locations where they host them. These were the days when reality shows was used to elevate many souls in my country Nigeria 🇳🇬. One of those shows was “Nigeria Idol”. I was among those that watched Timi Dakoro on stage while performing as a selected candidate during the Nigeria Idol singing competition. It was a night I will never forget till date due to how amazing he performed on stage with a gifted voice.

And another Reality Show I don’t miss out on is the one hosted by Frank Adoha , known as “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” . This Reality Show was sponsored then by MTN Nigeria 🇳🇬. And this is one Reality Show that elevated many people from poverty to riches. One reality show everyone new that changed lives because it was life and direct. The audience that mostly benefited from this show was students and many smart adults.

And should I also let you in on another interesting Reality Show known as “The Guilder Ultimate Search”. This Reality Tv Show was sponsored by “Nigeria Breweries”. A Beer Brewing company here in Nigeria 🇳🇬. This Reality Show was one hectic kind of show in form of a Quest and usually in the forest 🌳. These are what we call Reality Shows - when and where you will see people competing with others, where you will learn things you don’t know. And how its pu
rely rewarding by the best competitor.

It’s very obvious that all the three (3) above mentioned Reality TV Shows were so good and truly impacted and changed lives. And for why are they not being continued to be aired in this days is because they are all heavy funding reality shows which the economy of the country has affected badly. But I tell you that many peoples lives were touched and many succeeded .

Many of the recent Reality TV Shows I have come to know can never thrive since the economy has become so bad, so there is no question on campaigning to ban or not to ban reality certain reality show. I believe that once a reality show is not being watched by people either due to no interest or its not bringing money into the pocket of the citizens, it will definitely disappear in no time. So many Reality TV Shows has come up and suddenly disappeared because it is not bringing any thing to many. And few who are watching it can not sustain it.

I can say that people only watch what they know will bring something good to them because no body will want to spend money in this recent time watching something with no reward. Although, many who are depressed and can’t help themselves out will always want to just watch anything, but honestly speaking, those kinds of reality shows does not last due to lack of huge audience. So its people that influences a Reality TV Show and many that are still out there are being watched but once audience reduces they will disappear. Times are changing things.
