I found the strength to write here again. 14th day of the war in Ukraine.

You all already know that the 14th day of the war is going on in Ukraine. The war that the neighboring country of Russia cynically started with us. Thus knocking us out of the usual rhythm of life. Separating Ukrainian families.
You know, this war is like a hidden or even dormant disease. This is when you live and always wait for it to happen, this is when you seem to be healthy, but not to the end. This is the case with relations with Russia. When Ukraine is an independent, free country, but neighboring Russia is always sick, which at any moment will encroach not only on Crimea or part of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, but also on the sovereignty and integrity of the whole country.
And why everything?
Because there are those who can only destroy, kill, sow discord and panic, grief and fear. These are not God's creatures, they are non-humans.
From an early age, we are taught to be kind, loving - and when you are brought up on such principles, you just can not understand that someone feels valuable on this earth only when he destroys.

My daughter and I pray every night that the war is over, that my father returns home (and I want to tell you that a 7-year-old child knows how to grieve and miss his father), that people will return to their homes and relatives.
I try to hold on, because when I give in to emotions, children immediately feel it.

The first three days were scary. Everyone asks, what are you going to do? Do you stay at home or run abroad. We are lucky, because we are far from the border with the ENEMY. But we waited, packed all the documents, set up the basement, taped the windows, and organized local defense in the village. It's scary to sleep in a house with children when there is no husband at home.

Then you want to help with something. Some are volunteering, some are accepting refugees, some are preparing food, some are working hard and giving their money to the needs of the Ukrainian army.
People are ready for anything.

I personally want to thank everyone who supports us. To every person who, at least in words, supports us and does not let us down; everyone who joins the resistance; Armed Forces of Ukraine; power; territorial defense, women who were not afraid to let go of their husbands and themselves repel the enemy.

Everything will be Ukraine. Because she is one with us.
