Mermaids on the high seas (canvas painting)

Hello hivers!

Today is my friend's birthday. I decided that a painted canvas will also be included in that gift, because it is specific and lasts a very, very long time. 🥰

I love to paint on canvas although I don't do it often. It's a bit more difficult than on a regular block of paper because acrylic paints are used and it's harder to fix if something doesn't turn out the way you wanted it to.
Although canvases last longer than works on paper I'm sure ☺️

Today's theme for me was two mermaids enjoying themselves on the seashore, listening to the sounds of the waves and enjoying the sunset. 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️
They actually represent me and my best friend (we're not really mermaids haha ​​just for symbolism 😂)

Seagulls fly over the sea and beautiful palm trees are above us. I enjoyed painting this canvas and I hope you like it too! ❤️
