Yesterday's hike with @kam5iz and dogs got better we decided to do yoga out on the open air. It makes a big difference ,it's somehow harder but more beneficial

our dogs were pretty happy too. Specially smarty who wanted to be as near as she could to us. It was so fun having them around

We ran a little too. Our group vibe gets very high when we ran . I wanted to capture that moment but we had to stop so our selfie looks funny
