Dos caras del mismo atardecer/Two Sides of the Same Sunset 🌆 🌊 🥰

Hello gente, qué tal todo? Hoy fue día de visitar a mis suegros, pero decidimos cambiar el horario porque la última vez el sol del mediodía fue bastante fuerte a la hora de regresar, ya que como les he dicho, de ida nos vamos en transporte público, pero el regreso lo hacemos caminando, ya que encontrar carro para salir del pueblo toma mucho tiempo, pero la verdad no me quejo, porque hacer el recorrido caminando me permite disfrutar del lindo paisaje.

El día de hoy, regresamos a casa cerca de las 6:30 p.m., por lo que pudimos disfrutar del atardecer, uno de los atractivos más grandes de nuestra isla, y el de hoy fue particularmente especial porque pudimos disfrutar de dos escenarios completamente diferentes de un mismo atardecer según el lado hacia donde mires.

Y es que del lado derecho tenemos ese atardecer vibrante que todos aman, tonos naranja, rojos, colores intensos que podemos ver en medio de las montañas y que le aportan una belleza especial al cielo, que como pueden ver estaba salpicado de nubes, y por supuesto les tomé muchas fotitos, además les dejo un regalo adicional, y son las fotos del manglar que se encuentra en El Cardón, que con el sol despidiéndose se veía realmente lindo, y con el cerro Guayamurí de fondo mucho más.

Del otro lado, a nuestra derecha tenemos al mar y un atardecer más nostálgico, más dulce... un atardecer que baña el cielo de colores pasteles, y que debo confesar es mi favorito, y es que se funden con el azul del cielo creando un escenario simplemente espectacular, y a diferencia del que vemos a nuestro lado izquierdo durante el recorrido, este atardecer me llena de paz y de una quietud que me encanta. Y a ustedes, cual de los dos les gusta más?

Hey everyone, how's it going? Today we were supposed to visit my in-laws, but we decided to change our plans because last time the midday sun was pretty intense on the way back. As I’ve told you before, we take public transportation on the way there, but we walk back because it takes a long time to find a ride out of town. But honestly, I’m not complaining, because walking the route lets me enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Today, we got back home around 6:30 p.m., so we were able to enjoy the sunset—one of our island’s greatest attractions—and today’s was particularly special because we got to see two completely different views of the same sunset depending on which way you looked.

On the right, we have that vibrant sunset that everyone loves—shades of orange and red, intense colors that we can see amidst the mountains and that lend a special beauty to the sky, which, as you can see, was dotted with clouds, and of course I took lots of little photos for you. I’m also leaving you an extra treat: photos of the mangrove forest at El Cardón, which looked really beautiful as the sun was setting—and even more so with Mount Guayamurí in the background.

On the other side, to our right, we have the ocean and a more nostalgic, sweeter sunset… a sunset that bathes the sky in pastel colors—and I must confess, it’s my favorite. The colors blend with the blue of the sky, creating a simply spectacular scene. And unlike the one we see on our left during the tour, this sunset fills me with a sense of peace and stillness that I love. And you—which of the two do you like best?
