July bee - powerup & delegation

It's July, 1 -- a right time for the powerup activity and account growing pleasure, as the 1st day of the month is a special day for the blockchain, it is

Hive Power Up Day

...and we can count some chicken. So, these are my achievements on the blockchain up to date, and the stats for the last month. https://hivebuzz.me/@qwerrie

Account reached the 75 level, and I've finally got 1000 followers.

http://hivestats.io/@qwerrie -- the graph displays I was active thru all the month. All in all - 18 blogs I posted brought me 663 HIVE. Curation added 118 HIVE, the rest came from volatility of HBD/HIVE conversion.

So, on the top of it I had 384.375 HIVE as liquids in my wallet. Not bad!

384.375 HIVE were powered up via @ecency app.
Thus, my account grew by 925 HP: from 20,450 in June to 21,375 in July, i.e. 4,33%.
Estimated account value is $ 12,226.

Projects and delegations

Now, let's look at my delegations. 2403 out of total 21375 HP were delegated. I decided to make two adjustments this time.

  • I rounded up my delegation to FungiLovers community to 1000 HP;
  • After some consideration I canceled my delegation to @dna.org, which run for two years (since I became desperate to see support for a single #biodivercity post in FL community... tho it was expected to perform exactly like that -- strange, but fact).

After expiration, all delegations will consist 1403 HP.

Now, that is all.

exactly so! thats why I added so many flowers to the tail of my post, would love to add a collage, some bees mixed inbetween the flower pics, just had no ready pics at my hand :))))))

Hive PUD has made me venture to taking more photography with some bees of late to share, all the ones I used are currently in flower mid-winter. Lovely to see people still investing with monthly reminder.

hhaa!... thats a very very modest growth compared to some of my friends activity I witnessed today! someone (I won't point fingers) did a powerup of 1500 and 4000 HIVE! 🤩 but it's definitely rather an investment 😉

lets have a consolative !PIZZA ... did you put out your HPUD post yet I can upvote?

I meant the level 3 from the hive power up day badge… how big the bee is on it. Next level is 4 with 500 HP power up.

ahhh! ok, correct. I dont bother too much with the "level" / size of the bee in the info-gramma... but the numbers in the growth account that does matter, hehe

I can guess! You made it excellent quickly, somebody, sometimes took more than a year to get even to 66 numbers... but after the 68-69 the tempo became slower, much slower believe me.

as for the investitions -- we are in the same boat. I didnt invested money directly too, not a penny! but - invested tonns of time and energy, which is equial, lets dont fool anybody. Its just obvious that one cant reach orca status with these 50-100k voting powers without investments. . . or it will take you decade or so. back in 2018-2019 it was a harsh time in terms of engagement, circle jerks, and getting zero or 0,01 response to most of your posts. brrr! awful memories 😂😂

Cool, didn’t know that. That is exactly what I will do. Grow with earnings and rewards. Yes we give time… it is precious. But I think soooo worth it 😉

I can imagine @qwerrie, glad those times are gone, and many people here want to engage now.

yeah, engagement really matured to some higher levels... especially since we left some shitty ballast at Steemit blockchain. and, note, there are teams (behind the scene) that constantly work as, er.... a kind of red blood cells - constantly work on cleaning the living tissues from parasites and dead tissue, let's put it so.

and besides that, we have "the law of money" applying here, "money tends to stick to bigger money", or "money squeezes the pocket and swells out". when there are so many whales around, of course, many posts get nicer payouts. at the beginning of the blockchain, this was not the case, there were fewer whales, and rewarding each other with zero wallets was a sad sight. I'm simplifying, but... this is how I see this scheme now! 😉 😎

Ok, I understand… even the simplified story of it.
Luckily all changed. More people also see the “we” part. As we grow together and not just one.
