Aqua - pomiary i siłownia. : December 4 2022

Z rana pojechałem do Bielska na siłownię, oraz by wykonać pomiary (w sumie to na odwrót - najpierw pomiary na czczo, a później trening siłowy).

Pomiary wyszły przyzwoicie, choć po obwodzie w pasie spodziewałem się nieco lepszych rezultatów, ale i tak utrata niewielkiej ilości tłuszczu, i dołożenie prawie kilograma mięśni, to dobry prognostyk na kolejny aktywny miesiąc, z lekko zmienioną dietą.
