Miało być czysto "w tlenie", ale nogi dobrze niosly, power był, więc biegłem patrząc na tempo.
Starałem się utrzymać tempo ciut poniżej 6.00, i średnie wyszło bardzo fajne - 5.51
Jak na aktualny etap przygotowań, gdzie wchodzę dopiero w regularne treningi, to ten wynik - na dystansie 14 km - mnie zadowala.
Z czasem będzie tylko lepiej 💪🏃
Tętno utrzymywało się w okolicach 150 ud/min, więc nie ma tragedii, ale docelowo chcę spokojne wybiegania biegać z tętnem w okolicach 140 ud/min, najlepiej w tempie poniżej 6.00
