Slowing Down Still Counts

Today was one of those days when your body simply says “slow down”… and this time, I actually listened 😉

Morning? Total chill – I didn’t get out of bed until around 11 🙈 There was time for a movie, doing absolutely nothing, and just catching my breath. Sometimes that’s exactly what we need, even if our mind keeps telling us “you should be doing more.”

In the afternoon we headed to the allotment, but this time no bike – my allergy is really bothering me, so I chose the easier option and went by car with the rest of the crew 🚗🌿

Luckily, I didn’t skip movement completely – from the allotment I went for a walk in Brochowski Park. A calm pace, fresh air, a bit of greenery… and you instantly feel better 🌳

I’m ending the day with just over 10,000 steps (10,045) 👣
Maybe it’s not some crazy result, but honestly? Not every day has to be a fight for survival 😄 Sometimes it’s enough to just move a little and take care of yourself as much as you can.

Now it’s time to recover and look ahead to next week 👇
My plan:
🏋️‍♀️ 3 gym workouts
🚴‍♀️ cycling
🚶‍♀️ walks

I’d also love to add 2 swimming sessions, but we’ll see if I can fit everything into real life 😉

The forecast looks better, so I’m hoping for more energy and motivation ☀️

Easy day today, back to action tomorrow 💪

Spokojniej też znaczy dobrze

Dziś był jeden z tych dni, kiedy organizm sam mówi „zwolnij”… i tym razem go posłuchałam 😉

Poranek? Totalny luz – z łóżka wstałam dopiero około 11 🙈 Był czas na film, chwilę nicnierobienia i zwykłe złapanie oddechu. Czasem właśnie tego najbardziej potrzebujemy, nawet jeśli głowa podpowiada „powinnaś robić więcej”.

Po południu wypad na działkę, ale tym razem bez roweru – alergia daje mi się we znaki, więc postawiłam na wersję bardziej „oszczędną” i pojechałam autem z resztą ekipy 🚗🌿

Na szczęście nie odpuściłam całkiem ruchu – z działki wyskoczyłam jeszcze na spacer do Parku Brochowskiego. Spokojny krok, świeże powietrze, trochę zieleni… i od razu człowiek czuje się lepiej 🌳

Dzień kończę z wynikiem ponad 10 000 kroków (10 045) 👣
Może to nie jakiś kosmiczny wynik, ale szczerze? Nie każdy dzień musi być walką o życie 😄 Czasem wystarczy po prostu się ruszyć i zadbać o siebie na miarę swoich możliwości.

Teraz regeneracja i patrzę już w przyszły tydzień 👇
Mam w planach:
🏋️‍♀️ 3 treningi na siłowni
🚴‍♀️ rower
🚶‍♀️ spacery

Chciałabym jeszcze dorzucić 2x basen, ale zobaczymy, czy uda się to wszystko pogodzić z życiem 😉

Prognozy zapowiadają ładniejszą pogodę, więc liczę na więcej energii i mocy do działania ☀️

Dziś spokojnie, jutro wracam na obroty 💪
