Saludo a todos mis estimados amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive y de Hive Blog. Para el día de hoy les presentare la cena que he preparado, berenjena guisada, huevo frito, queso rallado, mantequilla y la tradicional arepa el pan Venezolano.
I salute all my esteemed friends from this beautiful Foodies Bee Hive and Hive Blog community. For today I will present the dinner I have prepared, stewed aubergine, fried egg, grated cheese, butter and the traditional Venezuelan bread arepa.
Es rápido y fácil de preparar este rico plato que lo puedes realizar para la cena o desayuno.
It is quick and easy to prepare this delicious dish that you can make for dinner or breakfast.
Ingredientes a utilizar para preparar la berenjena:
Ingredients to use to prepare the aubergine:
✔️3 berenjenas.
✔️Aliños verdes.
✔️ Cilantro, cebollín, cebolla ajo y ajo.
✔️3 aubergines.
✔️ Green dressings.
✔️ Cilantro, chives, garlic onion and garlic
Paso 1 👣
Después de cortar los aliños se llevan al fuego.
Step 1 👣 After cutting the seasonings, they are brought to the fire.
Paso 2 👣
Sofreír los aliños para agregar la berenjena cortada en trozos pequeños.
Step 2 👣
Sauté the dressings to add the aubergine cut into small pieces.

Mientras se guisa la berenjena se van preparando las arepas.

While the aubergine is cooking, the arepas are prepared.
