I have not turned on our A/C yet, we are still using fans, but I know it will not be long before we will need to run it. Last year we had 400 dollar bills from using it so I am hoping to hold off as long as we can bear the heat.

I was planning to do the same, turning it on once a week, but it got too hot for comfort and I was having sleepless nights due to the heat. 😣 oh well, glad to have the cooling system somehow. It has helped to keep the cool too as it's not as hot anymore during the days too. It is indeed a structural issue. Hope it won't be as hot for you when summer comes your way... enjoy your weekend!
