Happy weekend to everyone in this great community, how are you all doing I hope you all are doing very fine and to ask about me I am doing great.

Today I am very happy to share with you all the completion of the work giving to me by my customer. On Monday I share with you all how I make the two from seat of a Lexus car given to me and finally today I completed the work successfully. It was not and easy project, it really take me time to make it a success.

Firstly I will share with you all the finished seat.

That is the complete seat. The all look nice.
I use the same steps I follow to achieve my front seat.

I will still give me explanation on how I make the back seat.

Back seat before

Here is how leather we are using.

The first I did was to take my measurement, some people ask me about how I take me measurement, it is simple, I just use my sawing tape measure the distance of the vertical and the horizontal length of each if the join in the seat and the write it out on the seat. Photo.

After that I now spread out my new leather then I use my tape to transfer the measurement I write on my seat to my new leather and mark it out

Finally I use my scissors ✂️✂️ and cut it out

The next thing is to form the pattern which will give you the shape of the seat. How do we form pattern, it's simple done by placing the cut material and the position you cut on the old seat then trace it out with the help of chalk the you cut it out. Or if you don't want to do it that way carefully use knife 🔪 and remove the old pattern and then use you pen to draw the pattern out. Please if you don't get me feel free to ask.

After cutting it out, I now place in my roof material and the gum it together, reason is to make it smooth and stronger and also thick

Sewing process
After everything explain above I now use my sawing machine and join each of my pattern together carefully has exactly in the old seat.

Finally I am done with the sawing.

Reupholster process
After sawing my new seat cover I now clip it together to my foam.

Where you see the joining on the seat step down is where I clip it. The is a small rod inside the foam and I also put another one on the leather and then use this clip seen below and clip it

I now finally cover it up and here is the out come of it.
