A Stall that Popular in Pickles & Sour Fruit Dipping Salt!

Hello friends! Yesterday, I was walking through the town along national street. It's mango season in Cambodia! The air is filled with the sweet scent of those mangoes all seems harvest. Unfortunately, I missed out on the durian season, since many people enjoy them alot. But sure we are happy when there are mangoes around, right?

3 pm after my extra class, I passed by a fruit stall and teacher and all my classmate decided to share our money to buy a bunch of fruits. And guess what? Today was the day I went on a hunt for pickled mangoes and all the other stuff I used to buy from this stall. It's conveniently located right in front of high school, but usually, at this time of the year, it's packed with people. Not today though, it was pretty quiet.

However this also meant that I had the great opportunity of taking my time and choosing exactly what I wanted easily. He sells sour fruit for a very long time ago, this stall had an amazing variety of pickles. I have to say, most of the salts they use are like spicy bombs. But no worries for the one who doesn't like chili's, they can found their favorite - dry salt mixed with a little soup powder and prahok. It's like 80% of the salt he has, and I absolutely love it!

As I was checking out at the offerings, the stall owner had a glass boat display with so many awesome fruits in it. There were pineapples, mangoes, and loads of other juicy goodness. Turns out, he doesn't grow them himself. He gets everything from the Takhmau market too. But hey, that's not a problem because he's selling fresh fruits every single day.
