Bursa'ya özgü yemeklerden favorim - Cantık (EN-TR) Cantık is my favorite of the dishes unique to Bursa.

A few days ago, a friend of mine came to Bursa for a day trip. Since I usually eat Cantık when I eat out in Bursa, I went to the city center with my friend and we toured there all day. The places close to the city center of Bursa are so big that even if you get tired of traveling all day, you want to travel more.
In the afternoon, after we both had our coffees, we went to a small restaurant. I want you to see a photo of this part of the menu.

Birkaç gün önce bir arkadaşım günübirlik olarak Bursa' ya gelmişti. Ben de Bursa' da genelde dışarıda yemek yediğim zamanlarda Cantık yediğim için Arkadaşımla beraber şehir merkezine gittik ve orada bütün gün gezdik. Bursa' nın şehir merkezine yakın yerler o kadar büyük ki bütün gün gezerek yorulsanız bile daha çok gezmek istersiniz.
Öğleden sonra ikimiz de Kahvelerimizi içtikten sonra küçük bir lokantaya gittik. Menünün bu kısmının fotoğrafını görmenizi istiyorum.

The biggest difference of this restaurant from other restaurants is that although it is a small restaurant, they can offer menus in this way. I know that people here usually eat cantık by choosing these menus. There are also vegetarian menus as you can see here. I think one of the ones that caught my attention the most was these menus. Next time I'm thinking of choosing the vegetarian menu.

Bu restoranın diğer restoranlardan en büyük farkı da küçük bir restoran olmasına rağmen bu şekilde menüler sunabiliyorlar. Burada genelde insanların bu menüleri seçerek cantık yediklerini biliyorum. Ayrıca burada gördüğünüz gibi vejetaryen menüler de var. Sanırım en çok ilgimi çekenlerden biri bu menüler oldu. Bir dahaki sefere vejetaryen menü seçmeyi düşünüyorum.

Ketchup, mayonnaise and spices were on the table as usual. Now they are everywhere. I usually do not use ketchup or mayonnaise when eating cantık. But I love to eat cantik with paprika and thyme.

Masada yine her zamanki gibi ketçap mayonez ve baharatlar vardı. Artık bunlar her yerde var. Ben genelde cantık yerken ketçap ya da mayonez kullanmam. Ama pulbiberli ve kekikli cantık yemeyi çok severim.

The restaurant has a small window, but a very beautiful view can be seen from this small window. Here is the Historical Tophane Clock Tower. But I've heard that it takes a lot of climbing stairs to get there.

Beyond the place you see in this photo, there is Zafer Plaza. Zafer Plaza is one of the most beautiful shopping centers in Bursa. When I came to buy electronic materials, I usually went to Zafer Plaza and had coffee. I love to drink filter coffee. Milk-free and plain filter coffee.

Bu fotoğrafta gördüğünüz yerin ilerisinde de Zafer Plaza var. Zafer Plaza Bursa' daki en güzel alışveriş merkezlerinden birisi. Elektronik malzemeler almaya geldiğim zaman genelde Zafer Plaza' ya gidip kahve içerdim. Filtre kahve içmeyi çok severim. Sütsüz ve sade filtre kahve.

This is exactly what we call Cantik, which is unique to the Bursa region. Cantık is my favorite dish in Bursa. Actually, Cantık used to be cooked as a thin long pita instead of a round shape, but I think they have started to cook Cantık this way in some places now.
These are minced meat Cantık. I will definitely try the cheese and vegetarian Cantık next time.

Bursa yöresine özgü Cantık dediğimiz şey işte tam olarak bu. Cantık benim Bursa' daki en çok sevdiğim yemek. Aslında eskiden Cantık yuvarlak şeklinde değil de ince uzun bir pide olarak pişirilirdi ama sanırım artık bazı yerlerde bu şekilde Cantık pişirmeye başladılar.

Cantik with Minced Meat is really delicious. I also wanted to take a photo this way. If you come to Bursa one day, I would definitely recommend you to eat Cantık.

Kıymalı Cantık gerçekten çok lezzetli. Bir de bu şekilde fotoğraf çekmek istedim. Eğer bir gün Bursa' ya gelirseniz kesinlikle Cantık yemenizi tavsiye ederim.

After eating Cantık, I went to eat hot chocolate with my friend. It was cold in those days, so we went for hot chocolate after eating Cantik. Hot chocolate is really good and delicious on cold days.

Cantık yedikten sonra arkadaşımla beraber sıcak çikolata yemeye gittik. O günlerde havalar soğuktu o yüzden Cantık yedikten sonra sıcak çikolata içmeye gittik. Sıcak çikolata soğuk günlerde gerçekten çok iyi ve lezzetli.
