Hola Foodies. Espero que hayan tenido un domingo tranquilo y de descanso. El día de hoy les comparto un arroz colorido, el cual se conoce como; arroz a la jardinera. Se denomina así debido a la cantidad de vegetales coloridos que esta lleva.

Hello Foodies. I hope you had a peaceful and restful Sunday. Today I share with you a colorful rice, which is known as "arroz a la jardinera". It is so called because of the amount of colorful vegetables it contains.

Preparación | Preparation



Primeros, se lava muy bien el arroz para que quedara amarillo, a este le agregue colorante.

First, the rice is washed very well so that it is yellow, to which I add coloring.

El siguiente paso es cortar todos los vegetales, las zanahorias las corte en cubos y después las agregue al arroz para que se cocinaran juntos.

The next step is to cut all the vegetables, cut the carrots into cubes and then add them to the rice to cook together.

Después se corta la cebolla, tomate y pimentón en cuadros, de igual forma las salchichas se pican en rodajas.

Then the onion, tomato and paprika are cut into squares, and the sausages are chopped into slices.

Luego, en una olla se agrega aceite y se comienzan a sofreír los vegetales.

Then, in a pot add oil and start frying the vegetables.

Después se incorporan las salchichas y el arroz una vez cocido, por ultimo se le agregan los guisante y se deja cocinar por unos minutos.

Then add the sausages and rice once cooked, finally add the peas and let it cook for a few minutes.
