frying corn fritters for snacks at home🤗

Hello everything, how are you, I hope you are fine wherever you are on this occasion I will share my recipe for making delicious and crispy corn bakwan to be enjoyed with family.

First, I prepared the ingredients first, bean sprouts, cabbage and corn, I had cut it according to taste and I had to wash it first to be clean.

Then I put enough flour into the vegetables that I have provided

I also put a little water according to the vegetables and also the flour so it is not too liquid, and I also add celery leaves so that it must smell more.

After being ready the dough I made, I prepared a pan and oil on the stove over medium heat and I waited until the oil boils and I fry the bakwan.

After a few minutes I waited for him and Bakwan had to be behind first to make it more balanced, after that the dish was ready to be lifted and served for my beloved family at home.

I love how you explain step by step, from preparing fresh vegetables to frying . I can imagine the smell of celery leaves and the golden color of the bakwan while cooking. Your corn bakwan looks delicious and crispy. This such a perfect for snacks with family. I will try this soon.
