Visitando la Hacienda Nido de Águilas/Visiting "Hacienda Nido de Aguilas" 🌄🧗‍♂️

Hola amigos de Hive como se encuentran? Yo feliz porque ya vamos a agarrar vacaciones para descansar y tener más tiempo para escribir porque se me hace dificil, pero ya mañana terminan las clases aunque tengo que ir el lunes para una exposición que se ha hecho eterna porque somos muchos en el salón y aún falta gente pero se supone que mañana se terminaría todo pero bueno, solo un día más.

Ayer como estaba desocupado agarré un momento para venir a la comunidad y dejar este post programado hablarles de un lugar que se llama Nido de Águilas, un bonito lugar para pasar el día con familia y amigos y como es jueves de TBT les dejo una fotos de la última vez que fui con mi familia.

Hello, friends at Hive, how are you? I'm happy because we're about to start our vacation to rest and have more time to write, which has been difficult for me, but tomorrow classes end, although I have to go in on Monday for a presentation that has gone on forever because there are so many of us in the classroom and some people are still missing, but it's supposed to be finished tomorrow, so just one more day.

Yesterday, since I was free, I took a moment to come to the community and leave this scheduled post to tell you about a place called Nido de Águilas, a nice place to spend the day with family and friends, and since it's TBT Thursday, I'll leave you with some photos from the last time I went with my family.

Nido de Águilas es una hacienda que se encuentra ubicada en el municipio Gómez de esta Nueva Esparta, en Tacarigua, y que cuando vas allá te olvidas que vives en una isla porque es muy fresco, hay muchos árboles y montañas y cerros grandes y parece que estas como en el campo y eso eso lo bueno que tiene margarita, que hay playas, montañas y lugares frescos, unas vistas bien bonitas y además unos buenos centros comerciales si te gusta más como la ciudad y lo más moderno.

Nido de Águilas lo conocimos hace como 4 años, o 3, no me acuerdo bien y creo que fuimos porque una amiga de mi mamá se lo recomendó y cuando llegamos nos gustó mucho porque hay muchos árboles grandes, entonces no hay casi sol ni calor y lo mejor es que cuando tu llamas para reservar te apartan unas hamacas y es buenísimo acostarse en la hamaca un rato con la música llanera que ponen ahí.

Nido de Águilas is a hacienda located in the municipality of Gómez in Nueva Esparta, in Tacarigua, and when you go there you forget that you live on an island because it is very cool, there are lots of trees and mountains and big hills, and it feels like you're in the countryside. That's the good thing about Margarita: there are beaches, mountains, and cool places, beautiful views, and also good shopping malls if you prefer the city and more modern things.

We discovered Nido de Águilas about four or three years ago, I can't quite remember, and I think we went because a friend of my mom's recommended it. When we got there, we really liked it because there are lots of big trees, so there's hardly any sun or heat, and the best thing is that when you call to make a reservation, they set aside some hammocks for you, and it's great to lie in a hammock for a while listening to the llanera music they play there.

También me gusta porque tiene un montón de actividades dentro de su espacio como paseo a caballo, paseo en cuatrimoto, tiene una cancha de bolas criollas que para mí junto a el paseo de cuatrimoto son unas de mis actividades favoritas.

Aparte, también tienen como les dije con una zona para descansar con hamacas, sillas, mesas entre otras más, también tiene muchos animales, tienen tanto animales en sus corrales como tienen otros más libres que son los animales más pacíficos y que estan ya acostumbrados a las personas y te permiten tocarlos y jugar con ellos, pero siempre hay que tener cuidado porque si les caes mal puede ser un poco peligroso 🤣

Tienen vacas, ovejas, chivos, algunos caballos, gallinas, pollos, patos, un lugar muy grande con morrocoyes, y otros animales que seguro no me acuerdo porque son muchos.

I also like it because it offers a wide range of activities within its grounds, such as horse riding and ATV riding. It has a bocce court, which, along with ATV riding, is one of my favorite activities.

In addition, as I mentioned, there is a relaxation area with hammocks, chairs, tables, and more. There are also many animals, both in pens and roaming freely. The free-roaming animals are more peaceful and accustomed to people, allowing you to touch and play with them, but you must always be careful because if they dislike you, it can be a bit dangerous.

They have cows, sheep, goats, some horses, chickens, ducks, a very large area with tortoises, and other animals that I'm sure I'm forgetting because there are so many.

Otra actividad que tiene que me fascina es que hacen senderismo por el cerro que les queda por ahí mismo, y llegan a un lugar que se llama mirador "El Águila". El camino es un poco largo, muy empinado pero vamos con guías, y también con personal de protección civil que va cuidando a todos los que van subiendo.

Cuando llegas arriba me gusta que es muy pero muy fresco, siempre está medio frío porque hay muchas matas y árboles y que también la mayor parte del tiempo esta nublado, algo que no es muy común aquí en margarita, porque ya que es una isla la mayor parte del tiempo hace mucho sol y muy raro es cuando está haciendo fresco, y eso es lo genial de ese senderismo para sentirse como si estuvieran fuera de la isla.

Another activity that fascinates me is hiking up the hill nearby, which leads to a viewpoint called "El Águila." The trail is a bit long and very steep, but we go with guides and civil protection personnel who look after everyone climbing up.

When you get to the top, I like that it's very, very cool. It's always a bit cold because there are lots of bushes and trees, and most of the time it's cloudy, which isn't very common here in Margarita. Since it's an island, most of the time it's very sunny, and it's very rare for it to be cool, which is what's great about this hike: it makes you feel like you're off the island.

También hay otros senderos más cortos y menos empinados a los que se puede ir sin tener que ir con el grupo o con el guía, para explorar un poco, pero lo mejor sería que fueran con uno para que no se pierdan, porque eso sí tiene un montón de caminos y aunque tienen identificación, yendo solos se pueden confundir. Nosotros fuimos una vez pero mis papás iban pendientes y no fuimos muy lejos, y también fue muy divertido.

Algo que también es importante es que venden comida, como cachapas, chicharrón, parrilla, postres, bebidas, tortas y muchos más a un precio más o menos bien, hay cosas que estan medio decentes, y me gusta que la comida es bastante sabrosa. Ahí hemos comido cachapas, parrillas y sopas, pero para mí la favorita fue la cachapa porque en Tacarigua es una de las comidas más populares y son tradición, y por eso creo que les queda tan sabrosas porque en pocas palabras es su especialidad.

There are also other shorter and less steep trails that you can go on without having to go with the group or the guide, to explore a little, but it would be best to go with one so you don't get lost, because there are a lot of paths and even though they are marked, you can get confused if you go alone. We went once, but my parents were watching us closely and we didn't go very far, and it was also a lot of fun.

Something else that's important is that they sell food, such as cachapas, chicharrón, grilled meats, desserts, drinks, cakes, and much more at a reasonable price. Some things are pretty decent, and I like that the food is quite tasty. We've eaten cachapas, grilled meats, and soups there, but my favorite was the cachapa because in Tacarigua it's one of the most popular foods and it's a tradition, and that's why I think they're so tasty because, in short, it's their specialty.

Ahorita ellos tienen muchas otras cosas como acampadas familiares en el lugar como tal y también arriba en el mirador y te puedes quedar a dormir en carpas. También en vacaciones hay campamentos excursiones y de todo un poco para las personas que quieran ir a pasar de un día distinto.

Algo también importante y que me gusta es que los dueños son muy amables y todos los que trabajan ahí también lo son y te hacen sentir muy bien, así que si ustedes no han ido a Nido de Águilas ya saben que tienen que ir a conocerlo porque es un sitio bien genial.

Right now, they have many other things like family camping on site and also up at the viewpoint, and you can stay overnight in tents. During the holidays, there are also camps, excursions, and a little bit of everything for people who want to spend a different kind of day.

Something else that's important and that I like is that the owners are very friendly, as are all the staff, and they make you feel very welcome. So, if you haven't been to Nido de Águilas, you know you have to go and check it out because it's a really cool place.
