¡Hola amigos de foodies! En este mes de la mujer, quise preparar un bizcocho de chocolate súper delicioso y sin muchos ingredientes, como todos saben la mayoria de las mujeres somos fanáticas al chocolate jejeje, así que sin más que agregar comencémos.

Ingredientes:

- 300 gr harina de trigo leudante- 300 gr leavening wheat flour
- 1 cda de polvo para hornear- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 huevos- 2 eggs
- 100 gr de azúcar- 100 gr sugar
- 50 gr de cacao en polvo- 50 gr cocoa powder
- 1 cdta de sal- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 taza de leche- 1 cup milk

Paso 1:

En un taza grande tamicé la harina, la sal, el polvo para hornear y el cacao y revolví para que todos estos ingredientes se unieran bien.

Paso 2:

En otra taza grande agregué los huevos y batí por 5 minutos (con batidor de mano) para que ésta levantára bien, luego le agregué la azúcar y batí nuevamente.

Paso 3:

Al batir bien la azúcar con los huevos, le fuí agregando poco a poco la mezcla que hice anteriormente, después la leche y así fuí mezclando simultáneamente hasta que todo estuviese compactado.

Paso 4:

Teniendo lista la mezcla del bizcocho, en un recipiente aparte, coloqué un poco de aceite y harina de trigo y revolví; luego en el molde agregué ésta mezcla de aceite para que la mezcla del bizcocho no se pegára al molde.

Pre-calenté el horno por 10 minutos a 180º, para así hornear el bizcocho de chocolate por unos 30 minutos. Transcurrido el tiempo y al ver que ya estaba listo, lo saqué del horno y dejé enfriar un poco para desmoldarlo.

¡Así quedó mi bizcocho de chocolate, con un aroma exquisito y esponjoso!
