Hello everyone. Yesterday evening me and my wife walked around to look at the vegetables I plant in the home garden and the longan orchard is outside the house. The longan orchard is about 700 meters from my house. Now there are only kale and chinese flowering cabbage that can be harvested to cook. Because many worms are eating the kale in the styrofoam box. So she had to harvest the kale yesterday. And my wife harvested kale that I had been tried with growing in a large styrofoam box a month ago first. She also harvests chinese flowering cabbage. To cook for today. I only photographed kale, but I didn't photograph chinese flowering cabbage.

Today we are not going anywhere. So my wife cook the foods with kale and chinese flowering cabbage as ingredients. In addition, today the wife also harvested other vegetables from the home garden to cook today's food. What vegetables does my wife harvest in the garden? Take a look 😊
The chili spur pepper I planted in the home garden are now bearing fruit and can now be harvested to cook food. So she harvests chili spur peppers to cook northern thai green chilli dip (nam prik num).

How to cook stir-fried kale and chinese flowering cabbage with sardines in tomato sauce.
Step 1 : Cut the kale and chinese flowering cabbage into pieces and pound the chili peppers and garlic.
Step 2 : Put vegetable oil in the pan. Then put pounded chili pepper and pounded garlic in the pan. Stir-fry for a while until the garlic until fragrant.
Step 3 : Put the kale and chinese flowering cabbage in the pan. And stir-fry in a pan until the kale and chinese flowering cabbage are cooked.
Step 4 : Put the sardines in tomato sauce in the pan and stir-fry it with all the vegetables in the pan. Then season with oyster sauce and seasoning sauce. Stir-fry all the ingredients for a while. Turn off the gas stove.

How to cook northern thai green chilli dip (nam prik num).
Toast chili spur pepper, chili pepper, shallots, garlic and tomato in pan until cooked. Then pound it in a mortar and scoop into a small bowl. Season with fish sauce. and put chopped cilantro and spring onion. Done, northern thai green chilli dip (nam prik num).
