Sometimes street photography goes beyond the broad view of a scene happening, sometimes it has to do with something more intimate, closer to ourselves...

I use this format which I call "Exposed Gaze" precisely to bring together certain types of photographs with particular characteristics. You could say that I like to enclose my "close street encounters" here, although this is not always the case, but I usually use it for this purpose.

For today's specific case, this is a very visual format, a type of post in which the image, its message and its impact play an indisputable leading role and my text becomes secondary.

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.

"Troublemaker"... and the picture of the window with the gravestones and crosses in the cemetery are my favorites from this series. I know that neighbor.

Por otra parte, Chicho parece muy ocupado en desenterrar algo. Espero que no sea algo dramático jajaja... o tenebroso.

Sí, a mi viejo vecino (cuyo nombre siempre olvido porque todos le dicen "Campeón" por cierto) lo he fotografiado unas cuantas veces antes :)) ... Chcicho, cuando va al río conmigo, desentierra una especie de animálitos (creo que es un tipo de crustáceo, no estoy seguro) y se los come... je je je... ¡Perro loco pues! :))

Hola amiga @jlinaresp
Una hermosa serie de fotografías. La Nikon es una buena cámara, ya la he usado. Después no tengo tantas metas como tú. La dificultad es saber utilizarlos todos. Cuando pudiera invertir en una Macro os pediría algún consejo para aprender a utilizarla correctamente. Gracias por tus fotos siempre muy interesantes de esta vida urbana.

Thank you very much for stopping by and appreciating @cyboule friend!... Yes, my "very old" Nikon D7000 is a commendable tool... I would like to renew and buy a D7500 (I am still not comfortable with mirrorless ones, I have tried a friend's one and there are things that make me feel limited)... But anyway, right now my budget is "absolutely sad" hehehe :))... So my old D7000 and I will have to keep doing this together for a while!!! :))... Good luck with acquiring a Macro lens, I have a Tokina 100mm and it is something lovely, I have learned to use it for many types of photos, it is just a matter of practice. I'm available if you want any advice!... Of course!... Greetings and happy week!

These are my usual streets, giving me endless scenes and things to photograph and share! :)) ...I still have the idea of "photographing hands" stuck in the head, thanks to the "Handmade" photo I saw in your post... Now I just need to "invent something" to request permission from people and allow me to photograph the hands! ha ha ha :)) ... But something will occur to me!... ;)

Oh wow. Chicho looks so much like my Luna it makes my heart ache. She was a rez dog I picked up a the Hopi Reservation in the southwest (Arizona/New Mexico region). I think she was a big mix of many generations of mixes; they all start to get that general shape and size when they're super hybrid. Wild dogs. Man, I miss her. Give Chicho some pets for me, if he's into that.
