The Weight Gain Chronicles: No Gains Without Pain is a Real Thing
it comes with lot of challenges, not easy at all and takes a lot of time, consistency and much more to gain weight meanwhile losing weight isn't that much full of hustles that's what most people say but well I believe for both kind of people it is difficult in it's own way.
I've been trying to Gain some weight and get muscles though that's like so far full of challenges going to share ahead in this.
Gaining Weight: Not everyone Cup of Tea?
Honestly, The kind of people exist who eats and have a Good diet but still they don't get any gains. Yeah, I'm one of those guys who eats and have healthy diet but still that doesn't add up in body.
It's like a thing here in some south Asians countries where this kinda weird thing is found in some of people.
I ain't look like a stick but an average Joe who want to look more thinner. There's a lot of Things inspires me to gain weight but with muscles.
Like Christian Bale an actor is a role model and he's such a class when it comes to transformation that guy can go from 100kg to 80KG, 80 to 70kg and from 70 to 110KG in movie to another.
I'm currently around 55kg and want to hit 70KG at least.
it all needs Dedication and Consistency
Someone once told me try steroids it will work but nah, natural growth is something a dream of mine. Most of the time I lose the motivation of doing workout and that inconsistency is one major reason I am facing difficulties gaining muscles.
I've not joined Gym but doing home workout which is another setback in progress.
A Trainee is MustIn my opinion doing workout alone at home is good for a day, two or week and that progress I've seen so far is way to slow paced and it's easy to get distracted or inconsistent when you don't have someone to assist with like a trainee helps you give directions and goals.
Without going at Gym it will be way too slow and hard to gain weight or loss no matter how much dedicated you're with it.
I could've joined Gym but it isn't available around my place. It's kinda far away from location but I'm going to join one soon in this summer vacations which will be my first time.
No Gains Without Discipline
It's like no Gains but only pain when there's no discipline in your routine, diet and workout.
So, staying discipline is like must and kind of difficult part in early stages but when you start looking at results than there's no way you'll think of going off track.
Everything matters when you're trying to gain from your efforts, consistent dedication, struggling and sacrifice by giving up eating what you like, focusing on diet and proteins. These all Things matter and should be kept well balanced.
I know where I'm lacking at and why there's no result yet like I wanted probably because it's just 1 month that too without consistency.
Wrapping up...
In the end, I'll give myself six months to get fit and gain some weight with muscles. Going to record myself before and after of that transformation.

Eating without gaining weights, lots of people will fight for that just to have a taste of that, lol. This is just like me before, but now Im just glad that I already gained weight. I dont know how it happens but it just happened. As for you, just go with the workout and get that muscle goals of yours. For sure you'll get that soon with your dedication and determination, do you have that two? If you do, then that'll do. Ehe.

Consistency is a requirement doesn't matter if we want to gain weight or loss weight. You want to gain weight and someone is trying to lose weight. I think we all think differently in this case. Can you tell me what is the height of you?

65-70 that's an ideal goal.

I also have friends who have difficulty gaining weight due to them having fast metabolism. What they do was to eat more and sleep early and though time they gained little by little though I'm not sure if it works on everyone.
Oh, I do not sleeep early maybe that's a thing where I should work better.

Yeah a good rest might really help you to gain weight as it was the time when we do less things so the energy was just stored on our body.

Consistency is really the key to achieve anything in this life,if you are not consistent you won't achieve that desired body.
About exercising at home,you so right because it's not easy without a Coach or partner in it, sometimes you tend to just become lazy since there is no coach,there should be a driving force at least
