A Selfie With No Wildfowl by the Yahata River in Hiroshima Prefecture
After working on my online biz for several hours this morning I decided to have break by going for a walk.
I can easily stay in my room working on my projects for several days in a row. Fortunately, I also enjoy walking, so I can break out when I feel the need to get some exercise, BUT I really like to set some kind of "objective" or "purpose" for my walk.
So today I decided to walk to my favourite discount store that's about a couple of miles away to stock up on grub.
Here I am by the Yahata river, not far now from my destination. The Yahata is a very clean river that attracts a lot of wildfowl though the angle of my selfie failed to include any of the birds that were hanging out just below where I was standing.
A brisk walk on a bright day with a chilly breeze really perked me up so that I remembered that I was not only #alive but #aliveandthriving
Cheers!

It has been a few years since I visited Hiroshima. I would like to go back and visit again sometime. Thanks for sharing 👍
