My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2022

The weather has been bitterly cold the last few days. I'm talking single digit cold when Brownie and I go out in the morning. As a result, we don't spend much time out walking. So to make up for it I've been spending more time on the treadmill. It works fine for me, but doesn't satisfy Brownie's need for excersise. Once it warms up a little, I will take her on more and longer walks.

Excessive cold walking outside can cause illness. At this time it is better to exercise at home. It is better to go for a walk outside when the cold level subsides
