The Gabo Logo [ENG/ESP]

Greetings to all, fellow creatives. Since a long time ago, almost when I was new in Hive, a colleague suggested me to make a logo for my avatar, for my designs.
The truth is that I didn't think it was a bad idea, in fact it's a good idea; however, for some reason I always postponed it, I never sat down to design. So, today I bring you the first design I made for The Gabo Logo.

Saludos a todos, compañeros creativos. Desde hace mucho tiempo, casi que cuando estaba nuevo en Hive, un compañero me propuso que hiciera un logo para mi avatar y para mis diseños.
La verdad es que no me pareció mala idea, de hecho es una buena idea; sin embargo, por algún motivo siempre lo pospuse, nunca me senté a diseñar. Por ello, hoy les traigo el primer diseño que hice de El Gabo Logo.
The blue is one of the colors I like the most. It's not my favorite, but among the ones I like the most, this is the one that best suits for web designs, so I chose a shade of blue for the background of this logo.
Once the color was defined, I placed the central letter of my logo, the G of Gabo. Big, to stand out as the main thing of the logo.
El color azul es uno de los colres que más me gusta. No es mi favorito, pero entre los que más me gustan, este es el que mejor se adapta para diseños web, así que escogí una tonalidad de azul para el fondo de este logo.
Una vez definido el color, coloqué la letra central de mi logo, la G de Gabo. Grande, que resalte como lo principal del logo.

Obviously it wouldn't be a one-letter logo and that's it, no; the idea was to do a little more design to place in the logo everything that has to do with my username, which is GaboAMC2393.
Although it is a long username, there are ways to place all the things in different parts of the design. In this case I made a black line following the same line of the G, so that this black line could be used to place the other things of my username.
Evidentemente no sería un logo de una sola letra y ya, no; la idea era hacer un poco más de diseño para colocar en el logo todo lo que tiene que ver con mi nombre de usuario, que es GaboAMC2393.
Aunque es un nombre de usuario largo, hay maneras de colocar todas las cosas en distintas partes del diseño. En este caso hice una linea negra que siguiera la misma línea de la G, para que esta linea negra sirviera para colocar las otras cosas de mi nombre de usuario.
Una vez hecha esta linea coloqué sobre esta las letras "ABO" para formar la palabra Gabo, y "AMC" debajo porque son las otras partes de mi usuario.
Now, the numbers. At first I thought of placing 23 above the G and 93 below, but I saw that it should be in a similar order to the username so I placed them as small numbers at the bottom.
A simple logo but that encompasses everything that is my username. Here is the final result.
Ahora bien, los números. En un comienzo pensé en colocar 23 arriba de la G y 93 abajo, pero vi que debía llevar un órden parecido al nombre de usuario así que las coloqué como números pequeños en la parte de abajo.
Un logo sencillo pero que abarca todo lo que es mi nombre de usuario. A continuación el resultado final.
Well, since I was designing this logo, I got to work to make another design to place it at the end of my publications.
The dimensions are 1360px wide and 510px high. A blue background a little darker than the one above. With the size defined, I placed the logo previously made to the left of the image.
Bien, ya que estaba diseñando este logo, puse manos a la obra para hacer otro diseño para colocarlo al final de mis publicaciones.
Las dimensiones son de 1360px de ancho y 510px de alto. Un fondo azul un poco más oscuro que el de la de arriba. Con el tamaño definido, coloqué el logo previamente hecho a la izquierda de la imagen.

I made another much longer line that runs the entire length of the image, so that it also serves to divide two more things that I will add to this design later. As you can see, it is a black line a little thinner than the logo itself, to match the original design.
Hice otra línea mucho más larga que recorra todo el largo de la imagen, para que también sirva para dividir dos cosas más que añadiré a este diseño más adelante. Como ven, es una línea negra un poco más delgada que la del propio logo, para que combine con el diseño original.
At the bottom, I wrote one of the many things I usually post on my blog. In this case, "Art, design, crafts and much more..." (in spanish)
En la parte inferior, escribí una de las tantas cosas que suelo publicar en mi blog. En este caso "Arte, diseño, manualidades y mucho más..."
Now, for the top I thought about using images and I was looking for some in royalty free image banks, but then I said to myself "Gabo, you have maked a lot of things and you have pictures that you can use for this footer, you can use them...".
So I started looking in my blog for some pictures of crafts and stuff and I found some images that I cut out and placed at the top of the post.
This way the footer was ready to use:
Ahora bien, para la parte superior pensé en usar imágenes y estuve buscando algunas en bancos de imágenes libes de derecho de autor, pero luego me dije "Gabo, tú has hecho muchas cosas y tienes fotos que puedes usar para este footer, puedes usarlas..."
Así que me puse a buscar en mi blog algunas fotos de manualidades y esas cosas y encontré unas imágenes que recorté y coloqué en la parte superior del post.
De esta manera quedó el footer ya listo para usarlo:

Bien amigos, ¿Qué les ha parecido? Me gustaría saber su opinion sobre este diseño. Es un logo sencillo pero que abarca todo lo que es mi nombre de usuario y el footer destaca lo principal en lo que me destaco en mi blog.
