Luego de un paseo y de estar en contacto con la naturaleza no hay mejor broche de oro que compartir con tus compañeros de viaje un rato extra, junto a una comida o bebida. Un momento propicio para reír sobre los momentos graciosos del viaje, anécdotas que recordaremos por siempre.
Y mientras las risas no faltan, nuestro anfitrión prepara su versión de Orange Julius, inmediatamente la curiosidad me gana y voy a acompañarle en la preparación de esta bebida, que además tiene una bonita historia para él que comparte con los presentes.

And while the laughter is not lacking, our host prepares his version of Orange Julius, immediately the curiosity wins me and I go to accompany him in the preparation of this drink, which also has a nice story for him to share with those present.
La historia gira en torno a su sobrina mayor cuyo nombre parecido a Julius, le daba a nuestro anfitrión la oportunidad de jugar con ella un juego de palabras, diciéndole que en otra realidad ella tenía un hermano gemelo llamado Julius y que a él le encantaba esta bebida que él hacía con jugo de naranja, helado y crema batida, su joven sobrina se unía a la fantasía convirtiendo esta bebida en su favorita cuando iba a la casa de su tío.
También nos comentó que Orange Julius, es el nombre de una cadena de bebidas en EUA que ofrecen esta especial bebida, claro está con diferentes ingredientes, esta en su versión rápida y sencilla.
The story revolves around his older niece whose name resembles Julius, he allowed our host to play a word game with her, telling her that in another reality she had a twin brother named Julius and that he loved this drink that he made with orange juice, ice cream, and whipped cream, his young niece joined the fantasy turning this drink into her favorite when she went to her uncle's house.
He also told us that Orange Julius, is the name of a beverage chain in the USA that offers this special drink, of course with different ingredients, this one in its quick and easy version.
Personalmente, el sabor de esta bebida me recordó a un helado de paleta sabor naranja con relleno de mantecado que solía comer mucho en mi infancia y adolescencia, llamado Crema Real de Tipo Rico, así que también pude viajar a un hermoso recuerdo de infancia gracias a esta bebida.
The flavor of this drink reminded me of an orange flavored popsicle ice cream with mantecado filling that I used to eat a lot in my childhood and adolescence, called Crema Real de Tipo Rico, so I was also able to travel to a beautiful childhood memory thanks to this drink.
Para hacer esta bebida basta con unir los ingredientes y procesar con una batidora e inmersión que hace que produzca una hermosa espuma, un dato cómico del momento es que cuando se fue a colocar la crema batida, pues quedaba muy poco, y entonces a cada una de las copas le toco solo un poco, la idea siempre será compartir.

Ese helado Crema Real es muy delicioso, o era, esa mezcla de naranja con helado de mantecado era de mis favoritas.

Hola @eugelys, un gusto verte aquí. La historia detrás de la bebida es muy interesante, y la bebida en sí se ve deliciosa. Me encanta cuando los usuarios conectan con sus vivencias y memorias a través de la comida y bebida, tal como nos comentas en tu post, cuando este Orange Julius te hizo recordar el sabor del helado Crema Real, de seguro es una gran bebida. La anotaré para hacerla, creo que es una receta con un sabor épico.
