Ayer viví una magnífica experiencia al disfrutar del Concierto Navideño de la Coral Polifónica de Oriente junto a Ensamble Kariña y Gaiteros de la Aldea. Se llevó a cabo en el Palacio de los Niños en Lechería, un lugar que me trae muy lindos recuerdos, pues allí canté para una de las presentaciones que realizó la escuela de canto en la cual tomé clases.

Es un recinto pequeño y muy acogedor, esto como cantante te hace sentir en casa, vivir la experiencia de cantar teniendo al público tan cerca, es una mezcla de emociones encontradas, al menos para mí, al principio ese susto en la boca del estómago se hace más grande y luego la placidez que causa poder ver las reacciones positivas del público, así que sé por experiencia propia que los artistas que se presentaron ayer en ese lugar vivieron una maravillosa experiencia.

Yesterday I had a wonderful experience enjoying the Christmas Concert of the Coral Polifónica de Oriente together with Ensamble Kariña and Gaiteros de la Aldea. It was held at the Palacio de los Niños in Lechería, a place that brings me very nice memories, because I sang there for one of the presentations made by the singing school in which I took classes.

It is a small and very cozy venue, this as a singer makes you feel at home, to live the experience of singing having the public so close, is a mixture of mixed emotions, at least for me, at first that scare in the pit of the stomach becomes bigger and then the placidity that causes to see the positive reactions of the public, so I know from my own experience that the artists who performed yesterday in that place lived a wonderful experience.

El concierto llamado Navidad, entre gaitas y aguinaldos, detallen mi hermosa entrada, fue un momento para conectar con tantas canciones de la infancia, esas que huelen a hallacas y pan de jamón. ¡Sí, señores y señoras!, porque la música también tiene aroma.

Me encantó el outfit de los amigos coralistas, vestidos de negro, el típico uniforme coral y ataviados con una bufanda roja con rayas, antes de que ellos entraran en escena los presentes pudimos disfrutar de instrumentales a cargo de ensamble Kariña.

Entre las canciones compartidas por el coro estuvo Precioso Querube, una pieza sublime de la música venezolana navideña, que también me trae geniales recuerdos, pues la pude cantar junto a un ensamble al que pertenecí en una de las empresas donde trabajé, incluso en visitas a la radio para amenizar con música navideña algún programa radial.

The concert called Navidad, entre gaitas y aguinaldos, detail my beautiful entrance, was a moment to connect with so many childhood songs, those that smell like hallacas and ham bread, yes, ladies and gentlemen, because music also has aroma.

I loved the outfit of the choir friends, dressed in black, the typical choir uniform and dressed in a red scarf with stripes, before they entered the stage, those present were able to enjoy instrumentals by ensamble Kariña.

Among the songs shared by the choir was Precioso Querube, a sublime piece of Venezuelan Christmas music, which also brings back great memories, as I was able to sing it with an ensemble I belonged to in one of the companies where I worked, even in visits to the radio to liven up a radio program with Christmas music.

El ensamble Kariña acompañó a la coral en todas sus interpretaciones, haciendo magistrales interpretaciones, el sonido de cuatro, mandolina, bajo, maracas, flauta transversa y maracas fue un deleite auditivo. Me hicieron reflexionar bastante las palabras del director del ensamble al hablar sobre la vida y lo mucho que nos debemos disfrutarla, porque la vida es un instante.

The Kariña ensemble accompanied the choir in all its interpretations, making masterful performances, the sound of cuatro, mandolin, bass, maracas, transverse flute and maracas was an auditory delight. The words of the director of the ensemble made me reflect on life and how much we should enjoy it, because life is an instant.

Luego de la hermosa participación del coro, llego el momento gaitero de la noche junto a Gaiteros de la Aldea, un grupo bastante animado cuyos cantantes no solo interpretan las canciones con mucha precisión, sino que también animan de una manera amena y muy divertida el momento de su perfomance.

After the beautiful participation of the choir, came the gaitero moment of the night with Gaiteros de la Aldea, a very lively group whose singers not only interpret the songs with great precision, but also animate in a very entertaining and fun way the moment of their perfomance.

Canté, bailé, me reí un montón en definitiva, disfrute de cada una de las canciones y ocurrencias de los gaiteros, además me encontré con un amigo a quien tenía mucho tiempo sin ver, gran director de coros.

La música siempre será el puente que nos una a grandes momentos, este ha sido mi segundo concierto de este mes, es una próxima publicación, les estaré contando sobre ese otro concierto que estaba en mi bucket list musical desde hace mucho tiempo.

I sang, danced, laughed a lot in short, I enjoyed each of the songs and witticisms of the pipers, plus I met a friend who I had long time without seeing, great choir director.

Music will always be the bridge that joins us to great moments, this has been my second concert this month, it is an upcoming post, I will be telling you about that other concert that was in my musical bucket list for a long time.
